Heidi Montag, Boobs Surface For Kristin Cavallari Baby Shower
Heidi Montag and her hilarious fake boobs resurfaced for former co-star Kristin Cavallari's baby shower over the weekend in West Hollywood, Calif.
Kristin Cavallari was seen showing off her growing baby bump in a black maxi dress at the event, while Montag flaunted some curves of her own.
Check out the very-natural looking Heidi pictures below:
Now broke and living in seclusion with hubs Spencer Pratt, Heidi sightings are few and far between. Such is the case when the 15 minutes expire.
As for Cavallari, she is expecting her first child with fiance Jay Cutler, and she's already talked about having more, even before she gets married.
In any case, one is enough for now, and she's loving pregnancy.
"Had a great day at my baby shower!" she tweeted afterwards.
Will Heidi and Spencer Pratt - who also showed up for the shower, along with his useless sister Stephanie - ever have kids? Probably, and scarily.

Dreams Come True: Heidi Montag Releases New Album!
Don't call it a comeback ... she was never on top to begin with.
On April 11, Heidi Montag released her Dreams Come True EP, and as expected, no one even knew about it until a week later. Sign of a true music great.
Also as expected, the cover art features mega-cleavage:
The 25-going-on-45-year-old shows off her body in a skimpy pink monokini, flaunting the myriad effects of those 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day.
Heidi's new album features four previously released songs: "Your Love Found Me," "Party Is Wherever I Am," "No More" and "Overdosin," all of which suck.
It's a follow-up to her 2010 album Superficial, which sold less than 1,000 in its first week of release despite more than a million dollars spent on production.
It's totally unclear why this new album has come out now.
Heidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt, 28, now live a more "low-key" lifestyle ... i.e. they blew all their money and no one cares about them anymore.
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt to Relationship Rehab: Pass!
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt turning down a reality show?
What is the world coming to. Relationship Rehab (VH1's new Celebrity Rehab spinoff) producers recently approached Speidi to work out their issues on the show, and the gruesome twosome flat-out rejected their offer for a simple reason:
They're doing well and weren't willing to pretend otherwise.
We know, it really doesn't compute.
Photos and Spencer and Heidi from this year. They're still around!
The couple is said to have been initially intrigued by the show, thinking Relationship Rehab was actually about working out together, a la Biggest Loser.
They had no idea it was for couples with real issues, and while they certainly have had some - they're broke now, for one - things are good nowadays.
So they passed, which is great. For them, but mostly for us.

Happy 25th Birthday, Heidi Montag!
Heidi Montag marked her 25th plastic surgery last week.
One-half of The Hills' gruesome twosome, Heidi marked the occasion with her husband Spencer Pratt and several friends, which apparently they have, in Las Vegas.
Here she is at the nightclub at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Friday to host a birthday bash for herself, which presumably someone paid her to do. Amazing.

Once on top of the world, now disfigured and broke as a joke, this is the last you'll see of Heidi for awhile. She and Spencer have gone downhill fast in life.
Now, they're basically just normal people. G-cup boobs aside.
Here's a photo tribute to Heidi Montag we put together in honor of her special day! Click to enlarge the nauseating (and in some cases quite NSFW) images:
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt: Broke!
Once the loudest, proudest fame whores around, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag lived a fake life for the sake of cameras for years and reaped the benefits.
Nowadays, however, things are a bit different.
They’re broke and living in a beach house in Santa Barbara owned by his folks, who let them live there rent-free. Few other family members speak to them.
Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery binge has marred her face and body. They are largely unemployable, both on camera and off, victims of their own success.
Three short years ago, they were at the top of their game with The Hills, working every lever of the celebrity industrial-machine to their advantage.
Speidi. One word said it all. You knew them. You hated them. But you ate up their antics and the celeb culture they embodied. They knew it. Worked it.
But things turned dark as The Hills wound down. By the end of 2009, their lives grew increasingly insane ... not to mention financially unsustainable.
Lavish spending on useless crap - cars, clothes, her music career - killed them.
“We were getting paid to be people we weren’t for so long that there’s no line,” Spencer Pratt says. “What we learned is, you can be too famous.”

Heidi Montag and Ashley Dupre: Totes Besties!
Heidi Montag, whose previous female BFFs have included Lauren Conrad, Jen Bunney and Karissa Shannon, has a new fave gal pal: Ashley Dupre!
The fame whore and former actual whore bonded while filming their new reality show Famous Food with Danielle Staub, Jake Pavelka and the like.
On the VH1 show, the Z-listers compete to operate and win an ownership stake in a restaurant. But Heidi has already won the prize of friendship.
"Ashley's my absolute favorite person hands down on the show," Heidi says of Eliot Spitzer's one-time lover. "She’s the sweetest, nicest person."
"She’s one of my favorite friends I’ve ever had in my whole life. I love Ashley! If it weren’t for her, the show would have been a lot different for me."
Heidi adds: "She'll be one of my best friends for the rest of my life."
Until Spencer Pratt says otherwise, at least. You know how he is.

Heidi Montag Dishes on Famous Food Strategy, Other Nonsense
Heidi Montag makes her much-dreaded-anticipated return to moronic reality TV this evening on VH1's Z-list restaurant extravaganza Famous Food.
For the first time in her "career," Spencer Pratt will not be joining her.
In an interview with TV Guide, the plastic princess opens up about going solo, her strategies for winning the Famous Food top prize and more ...
Heidi Montag says these days are behind her.
On what drew her to Food: I wanted to do a reality show about something I was really passionate about. I grew up in the restaurant industry.
I've worked in restaurants since I was 13 up until I was 18. So I've been waiting all year to do this show, and it's been a really exciting adventure.
I was really excited and passionate about the opportunity to be a potential owner of a restaurant and to compete with several other celebrities.
On whether Spencer was asked to join: No, that was never an option.
On what Spencer's up to lately: Ummm, not much!
Danielle Staub on Heidi Montag: Not Smart!
You asked for it (okay, probably not) and now you've got it. Reality TV's most notorious hair-pulling, table-flipping, prostitution-whoring villain is back.
Danielle Staub is cooking up drama on VH1's Famous Food.
Seven celebs - well, six celebs and one actual prostitute (Ashley Dupre) will battle for an ownership stake in the LA-based Dolce restaurant group.
In a promo for the show, which premieres Sunday, Danielle offers five reasons to watch the series and gets in some quality digs at her co-stars.
Heidi Montag, for one, is "not the sharpest tool in the shed." Which we've known for years, but good to know. Check out Staub's Famous Food promo here:
When Heidi Montag Met Jake Pavelka: A Sneak Peek of "Famous Food"
It's great to have Heidi Montag back, gaunt and plastic as she may be.
The Hills alum is teaming up with other annoying reality stars Danielle Staub (The Real Housewives of New Jersey) and Jake Pavelka (The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, Dancing With the Stars, Bachelor Pad) on a new show.
Yes, we're serious.
"People think I'm this train wreck that hasn't wrecked yet," Mrs. Spencer Pratt informs the camera. "Little do they know, I actually have a brain."
She's right ... we really didn't know.
In this clip from Famous Food, which debuts July 10 on VH1, Heidi Montag meets her new costars, who will work together to launch a restaurant.
The Sopranos' Vincent Pastore meets the aforementioned trio and, after mistaking Danielle and Heidi for hot chicks, shoots down her first idea.
High-end Mexican or not, Heidi & Co. will work with restaurateurs Mike Malin and Lonnie Moore, who will judge their efforts. We can't WAIT.
Check out a sneak peek here:
Heidi Montag Looks Gaunt, Claims to Work Out 14 Hours a Day
Runaway bride Crystal Harris was called out by Holly Madison for living it up at Wet Republic in Las Vegas just days after dumping Hugh Hefner.
Harris' co-attendee in Sin City, Heidi Montag, also turned heads at the pool party.
Showing off a slender look she reportedly achieved by working out for 14 hours a day, Montag not only looks plastic, but slightly anemic now:
Heidi Montag, who had countless plastic surgery procedures done in 2009-10 (we really did lose count), debuted her new "look" at Wet Republic.
"I've been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I've been working out really hard because I had this pool party," she said.
"I was like, I have to be in shape. I was actually a lot overweight. It was the most I've ever been because I've kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband [Spencer Pratt] and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape."
Botox Barbie says she went from 130 pounds to 103.
"I've been running a lot, and doing weights," the former reality star said. We can see that. It's not like she has any sort of career to take up time.
