As you can probably guess, Pauley Perrette will not be returning to NCIS.
The actress has made her feelings about star Mark Harmon and the show in general very clear over the past several months.

Conversely, however, the opposite holds true for Cote de Pablo, as you likely also know by now.
The actress stunned viewers -- and we mean STUNNED viewers -- when she made an appearance as the character of Ziva to wrap up NCIS Season 16.
Yes, the same Ziva who viewers have been assuming is dead ever since de Pablo left the series three years ago.
"Hello Gibbs. No time for pleasantries. You're in danger," she told a very confused Gibbs to conclude this spring's finale, leaving fans to wonder if their hero was just dreaming or if Ziva really is back... or what?!?
Well, we know seem to have our answer.
In the first trailer for NCIS Season 17, we see Ziva and Gibbs' unexpected conversation interrupted by an explosion outside of his basement, the former warns her ex-boss on voiceover that a woman is out to get her...
... And now she's coming after him as well.
The footage also teases Ziva's possible reunion with her daughter, who she hasn't seen since she allegedly died in 2013, leading to Tony DiNozzo's (Michael Weatherly) departure from the series.
They thought she was gone forever, reads the words that flash on the screen, which then lead to three no one ever thought they would see again:
Ziva is back.
Showrunner Steven Binder, meanwhile, told TV Line that fans can expect reunions between Ziva and all the other characters
"There's so much value in not keeping her a secret, that we just couldn't do that," he told the outlet. "She'll have to have reunions of some kind."
For how long will she stick around? A minimum of four episodes, we can now confirm.
"The initial genesis of this story was - and this is a clue - it’s something that has been part of the fabric of the show, her character and the introduction of her character from the very beginning," Binder told Parade, adding:
"So, we’re playing with the DNA of Ziva David in terms of this jeopardy.
"This isn’t some newly created arch-nemesis conspiracy theory or conspiracy that she’s tried to get out from beneath. This will tie into the lore and history of the show."
Are fans excited?
