And her journey begins… now!
On The Bachelor finale , Colton Underwood chose Cassie Randolph to be his very serious girlfriend.
But we already knew that heading into the episode, considering Colton had made his feelings and his intentions clear.
What we did NOT know, however, was who ABC would choose to follow in Underwood’s love-seeking footsteps.
The decision was announced on the live after-show by Chris Harrison, however, with the next Bachelorette even meeting five of her suitors right there on stage.

Here She Is! (ABC) In what couldn’t have come as a major shock to any viewer, Hannah Brown was given this honor by Chris Harrison
Why Was This Obvious? (ABC) Well… Hannah made her presence felt this season by feuding with fellow contestant Caelynn Miller-Keyes and even earning herself the alter ego “Hannah Beast.” So she isn’t afraid to voice her opinion, which is a good thing.
She Also Made It to the Final Two (ABC) Getting far on a season of The Bachelor is basically a requirement for the new Bachelorette. In this case, she was one of two finalists.
She Then Hinted at the Distinction on Monday Night “I want somebody to, I don’t know, jump a fence for me,” Hannah told the audience during the after-show that followed part one of The Bachelor finale.
What Did She Say After the Announcement Was Made? I” do believe that it can happen, and I’m just really just so grateful and honored that people saw my heart and that I get to continue showing that and that somebody will hopefully share their heart with me.”
What Else? “I feel all the emotions, but honestly I’m just really grateful for this opportunity,” she added to Chris Harrison, saying she had known she had been chosen for about three weeks.

Meeting the Men As has become tradition, Hannah then met five potential husbands right there on stage, stumbling through introductions to: Luke, Dustin, Connor, Cam and another guy named Luke (who looked like Nick Viall).
And Then She Actually Made Us Laugh “This is one of the hardest decisions I’ve made this season,” Hannah joked, before rambling on for another two minutes and giving out her first rose to Cam.
What Else Do We Know About Hannah? She graduated magna cum laude from University of Alabama in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in communications and information sciences. She was also a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
She Was Named Miss Alabama in 2018! Upon failing to make it far enough to be on the televised version of Miss USA, she took a positive approach and wrote online: “Not placing doesn’t make me feel inferior in any way as it used to crush me; i’m proud of my performance and staying true to who I am.
She’s Been Open About Her Mental Health Issues Hannah at one point decided to take some time off from the pageant circuit to find the “light in each day,” telling the Alabama Newscenter last year: “People always have an opinion about what you do, what you say, how you walk, how you dress. I took the wrong outlook on what pageantry should be — I thought my self-worth was through recognition.”
Single and Ready to Mingle! According to her Instagram, Brown was in a serious relationship for well over a year. Her and her boyfriend went on romantic trips to Disneyland (pictured) and routinely hung out with their friends, but their romance ended in 2017.
When Does Her Season Start? ABC has not announced a premiere date, but some time in May most likely. Are you psyched?
