It appears that Andrew Glennon has finally had it with the mother of his child, Teen Mom OG mainstay Amber Portwood.
In more ways than one. This relationship appears kaput.
The father of a 14-month old son named James has made this pretty clear by filing first for an order of protection against her.
Then he petitioned for primary custody of the boy.
This all happened, of course, after Portwood was arrested for allegedly attacking Glennon on the morning of July 5.
Now, however, we hear that Glennon is truly trying to move on from Amber - by flirting with another woman!
What's the evidence? How did Amber respond? And where do things really stand behind Portwood and Glennon?

Looks Can Be Deceiving
Indeed, Glennon, Amber and their son look like the picture perfect family here, huh? Not so long ago, either. But based on the shocking recent events we've now become aware of, we know that isn't the case.
It All Came to a Head on July 5
As you must have heard about by now, the Teen Mom OG star and mother of two is accused of assaulting Glennon very early on the morning of July 5, all because she blamed Andrew for the family missing a local fireworks show. This wasn't a run-of-the-mill argument, though.
Getting Off the Wrong Foot
Portwood supposedly hurled a shoe at her live-in boyfriend, an act she has admitted to. Andrew says the footwear struck him and left a major mark on his body, while Amber told police that the hurled object barely grazed Glennon and he's exaggerating.
Troubled Reality Star --> Sword-Wielding Maniac?
YIKES! Andrew reportedly ran into the bathroom to hide with James... only for Portwood to grab a machete and try to break through the door with it. Yes, this is what he claims: Amber Portwood of Teen Mom OG fame was wielding a freaking machete and trying to beat down a door with it to get at him and their baby.
Equally as Disturbing?
Glennon says Amber downed a bunch of pills, saying her goal was to kill herself ... only to later throw them back up. We're glad she regurgitated any potentially lethal or harmful dose, and has lived to fight her demons another day, for the sake of herself and her children, but that is some seriously graphic imagery.
Police Were Then Called to the Scene
Portwood ended up being charged with three felonies: Domestic battery; Criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon; And domestic Battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. In other words, she is in some SERIOUS legal hot water.
