Good news for Shia LaBeouf. Star magazine reported that the Transformers star is in danger of having his left pinky amputated after his hand was badly injured in a car accident on July 27. Fortunately for the 22-year-old actor, that isn’t the case.
According to Star:
“Shia called producers yesterday and told them,” the source on the set in Alamogordo, N.M. says. “It’s really thrown the movie into turmoil.”
It turns out rumors of an amputation are false. In a statement issued to the Los Angeles Times, LaBeouf’s publicist Melissa Kates says the reports are “totally untrue.”
