A 105-year old named Agnes McKee threw out the ceremonial first pitch in San Diego yesterday prior to the Padres-Mets game.
And totally showed up 50 Cent in the process.
The Indiana native appropriately went old school with her delivery, firing an underhanded-toss that was far more accurate than 50 Cent’s infamous fail from a few months ago.
The Padres often pay tribute military members during Sunday home games and McKee’s late husband was a veteran and a former baseball player, she told KSWB, making Agnes an ideal selection for this honor.
Is she a fan of San Diego?
"I haven’t been very into the Padres because they don’t ever win any games," she joked to a local news outlet.
Great, inspiring stuff.
