In case you somehow haven’t heard by now, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are dating, and they’re really, really, really into each other.
In fact, it’s possible that no celebrity couple has ever been as into each other as Kourtney and Travis are.
Travis and Kourtney’s constant PDA have become the stuff of Instagram legend in recent weeks.
Of course, not everyone is a fan of the couple’s constant declarations of love and happiness.
But before we get to the complaints, let’s take a look at Kravis’ latest over-the-top display of affection.
With a caption that read simply “I tattoo,” Kourtney posted several pics of herself inking something into Travis’ flesh.
If you’re surprised that body modification enthusiast Travis has any blank space left on his body, don’t be:
It appears that Kourtney simply inked over some existing tatts.
And the words she wrote, well … at this point, if you have any remaining doubts about the seriousness of Travis and Kourtney’s relationship, you can go ahead and toss them out the window.
Yes, Kourtney actually engraved the words “I love you” into her boyfriend’s flesh.
And believe it or not, that’s not the first Kourtney-related tattoo on Travis’ body.
Travis also has the words “You’re so cool” tattooed in Kourtney’s handwriting.
That one is a reference to the movie True Romance, which is apparently a favorite of Barker’s.
And it seems that the allusion didn’t sit well with Travis’ ex-wife, Shanna Moakler.
“I’m very much over my ex. It’s been a long time. However, do I think some of the PDA that he’s doing with her is weird? [Yes],” Moakler recently told People magazine.
“The movie, True Romance, that I feel like they’ve been bonding over was the theme of our wedding,” she continued.
“Our daughter’s named after the character in the movie. Flying banners overhead like we did on Meet the Barkers. Stuff like that … I just think it’s weird.”
Now, obviously, Travis and Kourtney should feel free to celebrate their love however they see fit.
That said, Moakler undeniably has a point here.
Travis and Kourtney’s relationship should be a Travis and Kourtney thing, not a rehash of all the stuff Travis did while he was courting Shanna.
And Shanna’s not alone in being uncomfortable with some of the stuff that Barker and Kardashian have been posting online.
For the first time since they went their separate ways in 2015, Scott Disick snubbed Kourtney on Mother’s Day, and insiders say Disick has made it clear that he’s upset by the public nature of Kourtney’s new romance.
Again, they’re grown adults who should be able to do whatever they want, but the fact that they both have multiple kids with someone else does sort of complicate things.
Fortunately, Shanna is well aware that the kids need to come first.
I’m really, genuinely happy for him. I want the father of my kids to be happy and to have a partner that makes him happy … and a better father,” she tells People.
“As long as she’s good to my children, that’s truly all I really care about. My kids seem to really like her and her family, so that’s key.”
Well, you can certainly count on Kourtney being good with the kids — but something tells us that won’t be enough to curtail future drama.
