Former Little People, Big World stars Jeremy and Audrey Roloff still bang regularly, which is no easy feat for parents who are also entrepreneurs.

It’s even more impressive given that Jeremy admitted to sexual misbehavior that almost destroyed their marriage.

So how do they keep their romance alive? Jeremy explains.

Audrey and Jeremy have been promoting their book, A Love Letter Life.

Together, they spoke to In Touch Weekly, where Jeremy confessed: "We haven’t lost the spice yet!"

Jeremy goes on to explain that they secret ingredient to keeping your sex life alive is … careful planning and scheduling.

"A lot of people feel like their sex life, in general, and dates and romance all have to be spontaneous," he notes.

Jer assures the world that "It’s okay to plan stuff."

He continues: "or to have an alarm that goes off on your phone like, ‘Text my wife something sexy or romantic.’"

"That’s designed success, right?" Jeremy asks.

He suggests that anyone looking to emulate his marriage "Pick a day a week to get intimate."

"Just say like, ‘Hey, Saturday night. That’s our day!’" Jeremy suggests.

"So, like, you know," he continues. "I don’t know."

We don’t know either, Jer.

"It doesn’t all have to be spontaneous;" Jeremy concludes. "It can be designed."

Jeremy Roloff Walks Ember Jean to His Haircut

It has now been over a year and a half since the couple welcomed precious baby Ember Jean into the world.

And they reveal that Ember is not destined to be an only child.

"We’ve always wanted to have a big family," Jeremy admits.

He emphasizes: "We definitely want to have more kids."

"We’ll take them one at a time," Jer says. "But we are totally on board. Lord willing."

"We don’t want to put a number on it," Jeremy clarifies.

"But," he repeats. "We’ll take them one at a time."

Careful, now.

Too much "one at a time" talk, and Auj might end up popping out twins — or more — one day.

They may be able to schedule when they bone, but these two may find that having children doesn’t always go according to plan.

When they say that they wanta "big family," they’re not being especially clear.

Some families have a dozen children. Others have a handfull. Either could be considered "large."

Fortunately, Jer’s lovely-haired wife offers some clarity.

"I would call five a big family," she estimates.

"I mean Jeremy is one of four," Auj notes. "I’m one of three."

As we briefly mentioned earlier, Jeremy Roloff admitted to a "porn" addiction that he says could have destroyed his married bliss.

Of course, going by his description, his "addiction" was more of an occassional habit.

And by "porn," he apparently just means photos of beautiful women on Instagram … a site that very strictly bans most forms of nudity.

Some would say that he was worried over nothing, but Jer made it clear why he felt that "porn" was an accurate label.

Jeremy explained that the porn was not on the internet, but in his mind.

Most would say that having the occassional sexual fantasy is just part of being a person.

Clearly, it mattered a lot to Jeremy and Audrey. And it’s Jer’s mind, so if he wants to avoid images of clothed women, more power to him.

He has to save his energy for when his phone tells him that it’s time to bang his wife.
