Jeremy Roloff Tries to Quell Rumors That He Hates His Brother

Little People, Big World.

Imaginary Beef?

That's what Jeremy Roloff would like folks to think, at least, as the veteran TLC personality just shared a photo of his brother that we believe is a direct response to an article we wrote a few days ago about their relationship.

Jeremy Roloff and Jacob

For those who missed it, we surmised this week that there was tension between the siblings because Jacob suddenly stopped following Jeremy on Instagram.

This had to have been a conscious decision and it was one that left fans of the Roloff family wondering and speculating.

Considering we had also heard talk of problems between Jacob and Jeremy's wife, Audrey, it wasn't inconceivable that issues could also exist between the brothers themselves.

Is this actually the case?

Or have Internet users been reading too much into Jacob's moves on social media?

Hugging Ember

It's the latter, Jeremy is seemngly now claiming.

"Happy birthday little brother!" Jeremy wrote as a caption to the first photo shared above, adding on Thursday:

"Hope you have a good one running the dogs, reading, probably playing chess, and of course driving ol ruby around. I always enjoy our convos and we look forward to having you guys over again soon for a fire.

"Love you brother, see you soon! Wish Jacob a happy birthday!"

As you can see, Jeremy doesn't directly mention any sort of rivalry with Jacob.

But it's not hard to figure he posted this message as an indirect way of telling folks to calm the eff down because he and his brother get along just fine.

Jacob and a Pal

Little People, Big World is on the way back with new episodes this spring, but we won't be hearing much from either sibling during this upcoming season.

That's because Jacob quit the show in the summer of 2016, telling followers he simply couldn't handle all the phoniness, while Jeremy followed suit two years later.

He and Audrey surprised viewers a few months ago when they announced they were done filming the long-running cable network hit.

In confirming his exit, this is what Jeremy wrote online:

After 14 years, over 300 episodes, and 17 seasons, the time has come.

A year ago I made the decision that this season would be our last. It has been an amazing run, and I can’t say thank you enough to all of you who have watched and supported us along the ride.

We have the most loyal fans on TV and we appreciate every one of you. You are what made doing this so fun.

We will still be supporting the family as they carry the #LPBW torch onward. This is a decision concerning Audrey and me specifically - the show must go on!

What a Perfect Pair

If any events bring the Roloffs together, and Jeremy or Audrey are on hand, they won't hide from the camera or anything.

So you may literally see them on screen again.

But not as regular cast members of any kind.

"We’re not disappearing," Jeremy concluded in July. "We have a lot of exciting stuff in the works and are eager to continue the work that the Lord has called us to!

"THANK YOU for all the love and support. Your messages, comments, gifts, and mail are noticed and appreciated. You guys are the best. Thank you for respecting our decision."
