Ashley Martson is now facing a crisis in her marriage within her very own body.
The 90 Day Fiance star, who has been in the news of late due to her husband’s infidelity, was hospitalized on Sunday after being found unresponsive in her Pennsylvania home.
The TLC personality shared the photo below of herself in seemingly grave condition, explaining what happened to Instagram followers via a caption that reads:
I’m sorry if this photo offends anyone but I will not hide that I’m sick. If I can help one person with lupus then posting this is worth it.
I was found unresponsive this morning at my home. The Ambulance took me to the hospital where it was found that I am in acute kidney failure due to lupus. I will begin dialysis shortly.
I will not let this beat me.
I know I’m strong enough to battle through this,not just for myself but for my kids. I will be transferred to another hospital this evening that is better equipped.
Please pray for myself and my family as I know it’s going to be a very tough road ahead for all of us.

As many readers like know, Selena Gomez also suffers from Lupus and underwent a kidney transplant in the summer of 2017 as a result.
The illness can often cause one to feel run down and simply exhausted, both mentally and physically.
Back in late November, Martson shared another picture of herself in the hospital and told fans that she had been dealing with the repercussions of this disease throughout the filmng of 90 Day Fiance.
"Was going through hell the entire rest of the season dealing with this," she wrote at the time, adding:
"Just wanted to address this since I received many messages about this. #lupus #lupusproblems #tlc #90dayfiance haha it says complexity!? Thanks auto correct. Oh well."
Ashley’s husband, Jay Smith, who has tried to apologize for his Tinder hook-up during their romance, has confirmed the details of Ashley’s condition.
On Sunday evening, one of Ashley’s friends or family members shared an update via a statement posted to Ashley’s Instagram story.
It reads:
“Please send prayers and positive vibes to Ashley. [Her] a battle with lupus has put her into kidney failure. She is in the ICU and is finally responsive. Prayers for her children as well. Thank you!”
Elsewhere, Ashley revealed that she spent Christmas Day just a few weeks in the hospital due to another lupus flare up.
“If I could ask Santa for one gift it would be good health," she said on social media during this holiday, continuing:
"Being admitted on Christmas even missing Christmas morning with my children is the worst. My strength is beginning to run out but I know God‘s strength will pull me through."

Martson concluded her latest update by making a plea.
She asked critics to "please keep negative comments off this post. I’m already scared and I don’t need to be kicked while I’m already down."
Ashley is a mother of two who said on air about Smith cheating on her:
"After everything that I’ve done for him and this is how he treats me. I don’t even know how you can go to bed at night. The signs were there and I just ignored them."
