Amy Schumer has always been one of those "love her or hate her" kind of people.
Except right now, it's more like "love her or wish she would just learn when to hush every once in a while."
Because, see, Amy has been dating Ben Hanisch, a furniture designer from Chicago, for a little over a year now, right?
Since they first announced their relationship, they've both been very open, and very willing to talk about their deep and powerful love for each other.
For example, in one of his very first social media posts about Amy (so when they were dating for maybe a few weeks), Ben wrote "Sometimes in life you get extremely lucky, and the smartest, funniest, most beautiful woman comes along when you least expect it."
Then, a few weeks after that, Ben publicly announced that he was "in love" with Amy, and that same month, Amy confirmed to People that "We're in love and it's really exciting."
Sweet, huh? But it's also a little ... what is it the kids say these days? Extra?
Yeah, it's pretty darn extra.
But as the months have gone by, Amy and Ben have both seemed to settle a bit in their relationship.
They still seem very much in love, but the newness of it all has worn off a bit, which, for this couple, means that they're a little less willing to run their mouths about each other constantly.
Or at least that's what we thought.
In a new interview with British Glamour, Amy revealed some mighty intimate details about her sex life with Ben. Like, really very intensely intimate.
"I went down on Ben this morning," she said, "and he yawned. It was an accident, but we were both just dying laughing."
"I'm happy, but obviously I was like, 'F-ck you!'"
Oh, cool, girl. Please, tell us more stories about oral sex with your boyfriend.
That's sarcasm, obviously, but you know what? She did.
Amy explained that "When I'm down there," meaning when she's got her face down there around Ben's penis, "if it's more than a minute, it's his birthday or something."
"But this morning it just happened -- and then he yawned and it was a great excuse to stop."
Is nothing sacred? Is Ben really cool with Amy giving huge publications this many details about their sex life? Why do we have to hear about this?
So many questions, so little time.
Thankfully, Amy got a little sweeter in her discussion of Ben. Goodness knows we need a palate cleanser ...
"He's very protective of me," she said. "Like, not overprotective, but if someone's taking pictures of me or filming in a restaurant, he'll start taking pictures of them."
"He's really cool; it's not a problem to be around any of the sorts of people who are at these events. He takes it all in stride."
"But when I say, 'Shall we get out of here?', he's like 'Yes!'" she adds. "I'm so lucky that I met him."
Well, if you're happy, we're happy for you, Amy.
