In case you haven’t heard, Farrah Abraham and Amber Portwood got in a fight over the weekend, while filming the Teen Mom: OG reunion show in New York.
Now, when we say "fight," we don’t mean they screamed obscenities at one another; that’s just the preferred method of communication for reality stars.
No, these ladies really got into it in epic fashion, with punches being thrown, but apparently not landed:
Amber Portwood spoke out on the fight on Instagram last night, claiming that she doesn’t need to defend herself, as fans will learn the truth once the episode airs.
Farrah’s boyfriend, Simon Saran, allegedly started the whole thing with his endless provocations and smack-talk, and he’s been his typical outspoken, douchey self on Twitter in the days since it all went down.
In fact, about the only person who was involved that hasn’t offered her two cents is Farrah.
Naturally, that didn’t last, and to the surprise of absolutely no one, Farrah talked some major trash in her first post-fight interview.
Speaking with Radar Online today, Farrah took shots not only at Amber and her fiance, Matt Baier, but also at her other Teen Mom: OG co-stars, Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout.
“Amber tried to rush the stage with Matt trying to hit me, but failed because she can’t aim,” Farrah told the site.
“Maci [Bookout] and Catelynn [Lowell] cheered them on.”
Farrah went on to say that because of the scuffle, she will no longer allow her 7-year-old daughter, Sophia, to participate in filming:
“Due to the three stooges, I now will not have my child around an unsafe environment,” she said.
“Production is just as much to blame as the girls.”
Of course, one of the things that makes TM unique from other reality shows is the fact that the co-stars live in different parts of the country and only really interact at the reunion show taping.
So … we’re not sure why an ugly incident at that taping would prevent Farrah from having her daughter involved with the show for the rest of the season.
Kinda seems like she’s just using her daughter as a bargaining chip, and sadly, this wouldn’t be the first time.
It’s just one of the many, many reasons that so many believe Farrah is an unfit mother.
Here are a few more:
As for the cause of the fight, there’s still a fair amount of disagreement.
Farrah says she was attacked without provocation, but interestingly, her own dad says she started it when she told host Dr. Drew that Matt Baier "looks like a pedophile."
Yeah, obviously we weren’t there, but we’re gonna go ahead and side with Father Abraham on this one.
