There's a lot to talk about in Northwest Arkansas, and on Counting On Season 3 Episode 10, the Duggars pulled up a chair to do just that.
Well, more like 19 chairs. Or would it be 22? Anyway ...
If you watch Jill & Jessa Counting On online, you're already caught up on all the goings on with the family, but let's hear it in their own words:
Disappointing as it is that we were forced to sit through yet another clip show, there was plenty to go over with the TLC show's producers.
First up? Jessa and Ben Seewald's pregnancy news.
"I am 17 and a half weeks along, and I'm feeling great," Jessa reported, glowing. "I think with the first pregnancy, it seemed a lot longer."
"Then we were counting down the weeks, the months, until the baby would be here, and this time around we are chasing little Spurgeon."
That addition will certainly change things, to be sure.
"So I think the weeks are going by a lot faster," she said, and looking back, "I can't believe we're almost to the halfway mark already."
As for whether Jessa Duggar is expecting twins?
At this point, she has yet to have an ultrasound.
Even if she did know the gender, or genders, it doesn't sound like we'll find out until the baby (or babies) join Ben, Jessa and L'il Spurge.
"We might just keep it to ourselves," Ben said.
Another theme touched on Tuesday night was how dangerous life was for Jill and Derick Dillard in Central America with their son, Israel.
"One night we were getting ready for bed, and we heard this loud crashing sound," Jill said, tearing up as she recalled rushing to her "safe room."
Where was that, exactly? And what happened?!
She and Israel hid in the bathroom, messaging people to pray for them while Derick bravely checked out what had caused the noise ...
... which was just a shower rack falling down.
Pretty lame story, building it up so dramatically only to have it amount to nothing, but we have no doubt that life in El Salvador was dicey.
As for rumors that Jill Duggar is pregnant again?
Not yet. Give it time, DD said. Actually, his exact words were "not yet," which is kind of an odd way of putting it, but nonetheless clear.
Meanwhile, Jeremy Vuolo arrived to surprise Jinger Duggar and delighted in recalling the details of their courtship for the 1,259th time ...
Regarding their relatively racy relationship and habit of shattering courting rules, Jeremy said that the couple has its boundaries, but ...
Well, they just want to paw each other!
Said the handsome Texas pastor:
"Jinger and I are both very affectionate ... It means a lot to have an arm around her or something, and that's how we express our affection."
"We have a clean conscience as long, as it's not leading us to impurity," Vuolo said, no doubt needling Jim Bob a little with that quote.
Jinger and Jeremy were also grilled about their post-marriage plans, from starting a family to Jinger leaving Arkansas for the Lone Star State.
Jeremy explained, "We really are just looking to the Lord to see what he provides," while Derick chimed in with his own baby prediction:
"Expecting by the end of the year!"
Neither Jinger nor Jeremy had any comment about that, but the way this courtship is moving along at a breakneck pace, you wonder ...
Might they have another baby before Jill and Derick at this rate? And who's next in line to court now that Jinge is off the market forever?
Hit the comments below and let us know what you hope, and expect, will transpire with the next generation of Duggars next season.
Obviously, we're hoping for a heavy dose of Jana and some Joy-Anna as well, but we're curious and excited for whatever lies in store.
Well, unless it's clip shows. Ugh. Seriously, TLC, if you can't fill up more than 8-9 legit episodes with 19 Duggar kids, or 18 minus Josh?
Time to hire some writers.
