Victoria Siegel, the daughter of David and Jackie Siegel, who rose to fame via the documentary The Queen of Versailles, was found dead Saturday afternoon inside her family's home.
She was 18 years old.
According to The Orlando Sentinel, Victoria was discovered unresponsive around 2 p.m. and rushed to a local hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
No other information is available at this time.
"It is with great sadness that we ask you to respect our privacy during this tragic time and the loss of our beloved daughter, Victoria,” Jackie Siegel wrote on Facebook last night, adding:
“Thank you all for your prayers and for your support. As more information comes out the family will share it, until that time there is no comment."
David Siegel is the founder of the Orlando-based time-share company Westgate Resorts, while Jackie was crowned Mrs. Florida America in 1992.
Their life was featured in the 2012 documentary “The Queen of Versailles."
It followed the family as it built a 90,000-square-foot mansion, one of the largest and most expensive single-family homes in the country… only to be faced with a financial crisis due to the crash of the stock market.
The Siegels also appeared on last Wednesday's episode of Celebrity Wife Swap.
