Birthday drama is par for the course on Bravo, and Tuesday's The Real Housewives of New York City Season 7 Episode 10 was certainly no exception.
Bethenny and Heather got into a mega-screaming match in the middle of Dorinda's celebration. Let's recap how we got there and how it played out ...
The short version: When Bethenny Frankel dissed Kristen Taekman's nail polish business before giving her "the hand" at Ramona's new restaurant?
It. Was. On. Like some N.Y.C. yuppie version of Donkey Kong.
"I feel like we haven't really connected at all," Kristen said to Bethenny. "I want you to know, my nail polish line I'm really passionate about it."
"I gotta go," Frankel said, walking away from the conversation.
"What are you talking about?" Taekman said. "Come here!"
"No! It's so weird," said Frankel. "I gotta get out of here. I'm not going to sit there while someone's loading bullets into their gun and get shot."
"She doesn't give two s---s about me," Taekman said after trying to chase Bethenny down, literally, to no avail. "That's what it comes down to."
"I just feel boxed out," she continued. "We all know it's cold outside. Do you have to bring the ice queen inside? What did I do to you?"
On the plus side, if you watch The Real Housewives of New York City online this week, not everyone was up in arms about Bethenny.
Frankel talked to Heather Thomson after their birthday battle in the Berkshires last week, and it appears they patched everything up well.
"I do have a wall," said an apologetic Frankel, who totally shut down when Thomson tried to connect with her last week. "I am abrasive."
"I'm willing to own up. It might be me. I want to bury the hatchet."
"You are forgiven," said Thomson. "After that night, I felt sad."
Forgiveness is one thing, though. Trust is quite another.
"I feel like it's a truce," Heather told the cameras, "but I still want to check before I jump and make sure there's water in the pool with Bethenny."
Carole Radziwill, who stirred things up by telling Kristen that Bethenny thought she was dumb not to trademark her business, put it this way:
"At least Bethenny yells at Heather. She doesn't do anything to Kristen."
Gotta keep 'em on their toes and guessing, right?
