The life of Giuliana Rancic is an open book these days.
On a press tour for her new, actual book, the E! personality recently admitted that Jerry O'Connell cheated on her with a pair of fellow celebrities back in the day, Geri Haliwell and Rebecca Romijn.
This confession came a few days after Rancic addressed criticism over her weight.
Appearing on Today this morning, meanwhile, Rancic touched on this same topic in a discussion with Savannah Guthrie.
"I do not have an eating disorder," Giuliana, explaining she never wanted to talk about her weight, but all the chatter online has become a "distraction."
"I have never had an eating disorder. I wanted to be very clear about that. In fact, I eat a lot. People always love to tweet: 'Eat a burger.' I eat burgers. It's not working."
So... why is Rancic admittedly so thin?
"I've lost a considerable amount of weight due to the cancer medication that I'm on," she says. "It's very scary to have cancer, be on medication, then you start losing weight. I thought, 'Oh my God, is my cancer back?'"
Rancic was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 and underwent a double mastectomy several months later.
Fortunately, Rancic's doctor has told her not to worry; her weight loss is "a side effect from the medication" she's taking.
Rancic, of course, also made headlines the day after the 2015 Academy Awards aired when she made a racially-based criticism of Zendaya Coleman's hair.
Giuliana issued an apology and Coleman accepted it. But the former still has regrets.
She blames poor editing for how the quip came across, but she also takes responsibility for mocking Zendaya's look in the first place.
"I find racism reprehensible," she told Guthrie. "I don't tolerate it at all. Nor have I ever. And I think that's really important for me to get that out there, because that's been the hardest part of this, that someone could believe that I actually would have racial undertones in the things I do."
