Not even the haters who are gonna hate, hate, hate could hate the following pair of videos.

Proving that frat boys aren’t the only unexpected Taylor Swift fans out there, a member of the Dover Police Department in Delaware has been captioned on camera lip-syncing his head off to the singer’s first smash single off her new album.

His name is Jeff Davis. And he’s the coolest cop in the country…

"While reviewing dash cam footage, we come across some interesting sights to say the least. We decided we would share some with you in a new web series called Dash Cam Confessionals," the department wrote on Facebook message along with this video.

"We hope you enjoy this…and Taylor Swift, if you’re watching…we’re sorry."

Chatting with Fox News, Davis admitted over the weekend that this performance wasn’t exactly a spontaneous thing.

"We had it done just as a publicity thing for not only our police department but police worldwide," Davis said, explaining that he hopes the footage has a far-reaching impact.

"With all of the negative publicity the police have been getting nationwide and worldwide, I think it was a good thing to show a little, the lighter side of the police," he said. "We are human and we have a tough job to do. We just wanna kind of make a funny video to show that we’re all human."

Consider that mission complete, Jeff.

But the video above may not be the cutest example this month of someone getting down to "Shake It Off."

Consider these few seconds of a two-year old trying to mouth Swift’s words and decide: who goes it better, this toddler or this police officer?
