Couples Therapy Season 5 Episode 7 Sneak Peek: Jenna Jameson Smashes Stuff!

by at .

This week on Couples Therapy Season 5 Episode 7, Jenna Jameson is encouraged to find an outlet for her obvious irritability and borderline terrifying rage issues.

Having apparently never heard of yoga, or the elliptical, or CrossFit, or kickboxing, or Mixed Martial Arts, Dr. Mike helpfully suggests that she BREAK SH!T!!!

In a sense, Jenna's "controlled" destruction of property seen on Couples Therapy Season 5 Episode 7 is the culmination of the porn legend's self-destruction.

She's on the show for a reason, after all.

While somewhat overshadowed by the Dick Donato HIV bombshell and Juan Pablo Galavis being his infuriatingly painful self, Jenna's anger has been a recurring theme.

Jenna and boyfriend John Wood clearly have serious problems individually and together, as we learned last week, and any nanosecond that they appear.

John is pretty insensitive to Jenna's past, and insecure, which is surprising in that he would even date Jenna Jameson if he's so weird about her porn background.

It's Jenna Jameson, after all. If you run a search on "porn star" she likely comes up as the first result (not that we have done so and know for a fact).

(Sorry, Farrah Abraham.)

Jenna, meanwhile, is perpetually angry and mentally unsettled, in no small part because of the times she was raped as a young woman. Yes, times, as in plural.

If you watch Couples Therapy online, you saw Jenna reveal last week that her own father made her feel like this was her fault, rather than taking her side.

That, in all seriousness, likely explains a lot, as that sort of feedback might not be as traumatic as the crime itself, but its long-term impact is just as great.

Jenna and John Wood both agreed in the most recent episode that she has the power in their relationship, though John is not happy with the dynamic.

He caters to her, while his needs are neglected, he says, which is frustrating ... and both bottle up a whole lot of anger to the point where they are always at odds.

Maybe breaking stuff together will allow them to let go of their aggression in ways that don't harm the other? And it looks like fun as a bonding thing?

All we can do is stay tuned Wednesday night.
