Jenelle Evans of Teen Mom 2 fame has done some questionable things in the past. That’s as nicely as we can put it, too. We’re talking A LOT of stuff.
Breaking and entering, drug possession, beating the crap out of Brttany Truett, nude pic scandals, abortion, marriages, divorce, two kids by two guys …
We could continue. But our point is actually that she’s doing well.
Her worst “offenses” these days are posting too many selfies with Nathan Griffith, or giving her son a mohawk, yet people still hate on her for it:
As we just saw on Teen Mom 2 Season 5 Episode 22, her mother may still have custody of four-year-old Jace, but he and Jenelle are close and care for each other.
Point being, if you want to question Jenelle’s parenting skills, leave the little kid’s haircut out of it. At least focus on her heroin addiction or something.
That’s in the past, she assures us, but it was a real thing. The mohawk? Lots of little kids rock those lately. And you might think it’s really lame, sure.
That doesn’t make it abusive or a sign of poor parenting, however. Not exactly a big deal here. Asking on Twitter how she’s allowed to “torture” her kid?
A little over the top. Fortunately, Jenelle Evans just brushes it off.
“Everyone hating on Jace’s hair,” she posted on Twitter this week, “U all act like hair doesn’t grow back… 🙂 🙂 🙂 keep going.. I’m being very entertained.”
That’s good, because it really is ridiculous to call her out for this.
She and Farrah Abraham can trade barbs all day about some of their life choices and how they impact their respective kids, but both do try hard.
Let’s leave the trivial matters – and the kids – out of this, K?
