Iggy Azalea’s "Fancy" is probably the biggest hit of the year so far, playing around the clock on the radio and nominated for several 2014 MTV Video Music Awards.

In other words, it was a virtual guarantee to appear on Weird Al’s new album.

Mandatory Fun dropped earlier this week, and the master parodist hasbeen releasing one music video per day as part of his #8Videos8Days project.

He’s given us "Tacky" (Happy), "Word Crimes" (Blurred Lines) and "Foil" (Royals). Now, instead of being so "Fancy" like Iggy and Charli XCX, Al is "Handy."

Seriously. The Weird one is a real do-it-yourselfer!

Weird Al’s Iggy parody is easily his best-timed of the new offerings, as the earworm of a song is sitting atop the Billboard Hot 100 right now.

As always, he got her permission to record it.

The song itself, about a handyman – “I’m so handy, everyone says so / I’ll grout your bathroom, resurface your patio” – is nothing like Azalea in concept.

He does bring it back to I-G-G-Y at one point, though, rapping in reference to her verse on Ariana Grande’s "Problem" that "I got 99 problems but a switch ain’t one."

Classic Weird Al.
