Casper Smart has spoken out for the first time since splitting from Jennifer Lopez.
The backup dancer and the American Idol judge called it quits late last week, with some sources saying the two remain on good terms… but another source saying the scandalous opposite.
Over the weekend, a transgender model named Xristina Marie alleged that she hooked up with Smart weeks before his relationship with Lopez ended.
This claim follows a similar one made by another transgender model, Sofie Vissa, who said earlier this month that she exchanged racy pics and texts with the choreographer.
And Smart has finally had enough.
"There is no truth to any meeting or physical encounter," he tells Us Weekly of Marie’s assertion, adding of possible legal action in retaliation:
"I am weighing my options on the appropriate action to take against Xristina Marie and/or The Sun."
Rumors of Casper Smart cheating on J. Lo have been rampant for weeks, but an insider tells Us Weekly that no "scandal" played any role in this break-up.
"It has actually been an amicable process that started a few months ago. It wasn’t an easy decision," the source said. "But they decided to stay friends."
With benefits? Smart should be so lucky.
