Beyonce has stepped right back into the middle of controversy again.
Under fire for including words from the Challenger explosion at the outset of her track “XO,” the singer posted a photo on Instagram yesterday in which she makes herself part of The Last Supper.
Yes, that Last Supper. The one attended by Jesus Christ and company and painted by Leonardo DaVinci.
Beyonce didn’t include a caption with the mysterious picture, leaving many to wonder what it means and whether it’s really appropriate.
The artist has been all about random acts of kindness these days, purchasing items for shoppers at Walmart and dancing with a dying cancer patient.
But she probably shouldn’t be comparing herself to Jesus just yet.
