Justin Bieber is facing criticism today after word leaked that he left an inappropriate message in the guest book at the Anne Frank museum.
The singer was in Amsterdam prior to a concert last night and stopped by the house where Frank and her family were hidden while avoiding Nazi persecution during World War II.
“Truly inspiring to be able to come here,” Bieber wrote in a guest book at the museum. “Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber.”

Bringing such an iconic historic figure into his world of tweeny-bopping fans? The self-serving move wasn’t exactly met with a positive response.
“He’s 19, it’s a strange life he’s living, it wasn’t very sensible but he didn’t mean bad,” said a representative for the house. “He was very interested in Anne Frank.”
No comment yet from Bieber or his team, but his performance in the Nethlerlands was met with an enthusiastic response last night.
