What do Chaz Bono, the girls from ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars and Vinny Guadagnino of Jersey Shore fame have in common? This new PSA for GLAAD!
The aforementioned stars are among those featured in Amplify Your Voice, a new anti-gay bullying campaign being launched last night by the group.
Shay Mitchell of Pretty Little Liars and Modern Family‘s Ariel Winter kick it off.
“How would you feel if others treated you like you just didn’t belong at school, on your sports team, at church or even in your own home?” Shay says.
Vinny Guadagnino, looking FTD as ever, adds later, “Millions of gay and transgender youth are made to feel like they don’t fit in everyday.”
The spot ends with Glee‘s Naya Rivera urging youth to reach out, but not before Chaz Bono pops up, adding “You have the power to make a difference.”
Chaz is doing a great job of that just being himself on Dancing With the Stars.
The campaign was developed along with the American Federation of Teachers and comes just about a week before the second annual Spirit Day.
