Five months after sort of eloping on a whim in Mexico, The Hills gruesome twosome, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, are ready to make it official.

The plastic pairing will be tying the knot in a sunset ceremony Saturday evening at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calif.

Pratt said it was “totally spur of the moment” when he and Heidi flew down to Cabo San Lucas in November and exchanged vows after a night of drinking.

Montag said, “The minute we said our vows, I couldn’t stop crying.”

We only wish we could be on hand Saturday when the duck-lipped bimbo reads her cheesy vows off huge cue cards for MTV’s cameras once again.

MILKING IT: We’ll see if this Speidi wedding is actually legit.

Their first ceremony was a sham, as was their blatantly staged trip to the Beverly Hills courthouse to make the nuptials legal in a brief civil ceremony.

At the last minute, Spencer had a “change of heart” and told Heidi he wanted to give her the traditional wedding with family and friends she dreamed of.

“I just want to give you the wedding of your dreams that you’ve been talking about for three years,” he said in December’s Season 4 finale of The Hills.

“I’ll deal with it. It’s worth it to be with you the rest of my life. We’ll do it the way you want, I’m sorry, I love you so much.” Baaarf.

The dream wedding is supposedly going down April 25. We’ll be there … in spirit, when we post the photos they sell to Us Weekly a half hour later.
