Nicki Minaj’s music video for her latest hit single “Right By My Side” premiered last night, featuring Chris Brown on vocals and Nas in the romance department.

The Benny Boom-directed video features Nicki as a 'round-the-way kinda girl who finds love with a regular guy (Nas). Fairy tale romance at its finest, people.

Chris woos the outrageous rapper-singer during his guest appearance, and they even dance suggestively together, but it looks like he loses out to bad boy Nas.

Nas manages to win her over by gifting her an expensive sports car, though her expression at the end of the song makes you wonder if she made a mistake:

Having made it very clear just what Starships are meant to do, Nicki Minaj has come out with her new Pepsi commercial.

In the ad, the eccentric artist sings a remixed version of the track "Moment 4 Life," while various individuals suddenly find themselves appropriately frozen in time. What do they do with these moments? They screw up a beach volleyball game, they steal clothing from a fashion show and they sneak into a Minaj concert.

Minaj, who is also not surprisingly back on Twitter, also says she'll release a second video - and you might be in it!

“All that fans that were in Times Square [for my surprise Nokia concert] will get to be in the video, which is gonna be super exciting for them to see themselves,” she told MTV News. “I’m actually really interested in seeing it. I didn’t really know how they were going to make it all happen.”

Twitter, you no longer have Nicki Minaj to kick around.

On Sunday, following an exchange with a fansite that leaked one of her singles online, the hip hop star shut down her account with a very simple message: Like seriously, its but so much a person can take. Good f-cking bye."

Minaj had been one of the most popular celebrities on Twitter, amassing more followers than Oprah.

With this move, though, she's only the latest in a long line of stars to at least take a break from that online world. Chris Brown has deleted his account on more than one occasion, while John Mayer, Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato have all dropped out here and there, as well.

All eventually returned, however. Will Nicki do the same? Only time, and fan pressure, will tell!

American Idol eliminated one finalist last night, leaving eight remaining, all hoping to strike it big, earn a Grammy nomination and sell millions of records.

The hip hot artist brought her fun attitude and all of her cleavage to the results show this week, dancing around the stage and performing a version of "Starships," the debut track off a new album that comes out on April 3.

Minaj also jokingly asked Jennifer Lopez to "scoot over" so she could judge the contestants for a bit, to which J. Lo replied: “I don’t know if there’s room for both of us up here.”

The track drops following the "Starships" singer's release of her 19-track album listing featuring Lil Wayne, Drake, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross and Brown.

Nicki Minaj was ranked number-15 on Forbes' Hip-Hop Cash Kings chart for 2011, pulling in $6.5 million and establishing herself as one of rap's top earners.

But we have a feeling that figure will go up considerably in 2012.

The artist has signed on to become the new Pepsi spokesperson for an upcoming beverage that company will roll out in the near future, according to Derek Jackson, the man who brokered the deal.

“You’ll see the commercial probably in the next two months,” Jackson told Forbes this week. “That’ll be a segue into a new beverage Pepsi has, called ‘Pop,’ and she’ll be the face of the brand... it’s going to be explosive.”

The agreement is said to pay Minaj somewhere in the seven figure range.

Nicki Minaj, her pink hair and her large breasts cover the latest issue of Allure, at this artist opens up about her plans for world domination and her appeal to a young generation of fans.

"I had a little conversation with Jay-Z at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show," Nicki tells the magazine. "He said, ‘Congratulations on all your success.’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m coming for you. I’m coming for your spot, Mr. Mogul.’"
