Mariah Yeater is a 20-year old from California who is hated on by Justin Bieber fans. That's because she has filed a paternity suit...

While most everyone else on the planet has forgotten the name Mariah Yeater by now, Justin Bieber is once again making it clear that this blackmailing 20-year old remains very much on his mind.

A couple days after the singer taunted Yeater over Twitter, he told reporters in London that he actually wrote a single about the young woman who tried to sue him for paternity of her child last year.

"There's a song about that girl that said she was gonna have my baby, Mariah Yeater," Justin said at a press event. "There are songs about things I'm going through. I wrote songs about different situations."

Bieber added that he penned 40 tracks for the album - titled "Believe" and set to own the music charts starting on June 19 - and isn't sure if the Yeater single will be included.

"Every song has a piece of me," the Biebs told BBC News. "It's so cool to do different styles and step out of my comfort zone."

With his motivation unclear, yet his message direct, Justin Bieber took to Twitter over the weekend and taunted the young woman who accused him of fathering her baby last year.

During his self-proclaimed #RANDOMTWITTERHOUR, Bieber aimed some pent-up wrath at Mariah Yeater and wrote:

"Dear Mariah Yeeter...we have never met...so from the heart i just wanted to say..." - and here he linked to the following Borat clip - "You will never get this. You will never get this. La la la la la."

In late 2011, Yeater spoke to the tabloids and claimed she had sex with Bieber backstage after a concert in Los Angeles. She then sued him for paternity of her three-month old son.

But Bieber's lawyers fought back, the suit was eventually dropped and little has been said about Yeater since December, when an ex-boyfriend came out and said he was the father of her child.

Why did Justin choose this moment to revisit the past? Who knows. But the overall message is all that matters: You suck, Mariah Yeater! Leave JB alone!

As the whole celebrity gossip world knows by now, Mariah Yeater has accused Justin Bieber of fathering her three-month old son.

And while the scandal has not made much news recently - Yeater's lawyer asked Bieber's camp for a new DNA test in late November, and there's been no movement on either side since - Robert Powell has come forward and said he knows why Yeater originally filed a paternity suit against the singer. It's simple:

"She lied."

Powell, who insists he's the proper baby daddy, recently spoke to Rumor Fix while serving time behind bars on charges of burglary and drug possession.

“We were both homeless and living in Oceanside and Mariah was trying to make some quick money," Powell claims. “She just picked him because she thought he was famous and all and thought she could get a lot of money by telling the magazine Justin was the father. She just saw him as an opportunity to make a lot of money."

$50,000, Powell says. That's the amount she was hoping Justin would settle for.

The Justin Bieber baby drama carousel continues to spin around and around and around...

A day after Robbie Powell claimed to be the father of Mariah Yeater's baby - even volunteering to take his own DNA test as proof - one of Yeater's attorneys has spoken out and accused the young man of being a hypocrite for alleging his client is merely after attention and money.

"If Robbie Powell actually believes and claims he is the father, I suggest he contact me directly," Jeffrey Leving tells TMZ. "Litigating this case in the media and bypassing Mariah's legal team only perpetuates the three-ring circus and accomplishes nothing as I see it."

That's true...and ironic, considering Leving made the statement to the media.

Bieber, to his credit, has remained above the fathering fray. He's issued a couple basic denials, agreed to a paternity test and is now just spending his time spreading holiday cheer via music. Visit the singer's video section to watch his latest performances!

Robbie Powell is as sick of this Justin Bieber baby drama as we are, and the ex-boyfriend of Mariah Yeater plans on putting an end to it.

Powell - the young man who Yeater allegedly identified as the father of her son in a series of text messages a few weeks ago - reportedly wants to take a DNA test of his own, sources confirm to TMZ. He's sick of Yeater using their son as a money-grabbing prop.

Dear Mariah Yeater: Go far, far away.

Bieber, of course, has already taken a DNA test of his own... but Yeater's lawyer is insisting on yet another one because he claims the initial procedure was not properly supervised.

Perhaps if Powell - who claims Yeater admitted to him she conjured up the Bieber because she's desperate for money - goes through with his test, this story can finally be refuted and we can all move on. There is a very young boy at the center of it, after all. Let's not forget that.

Oy vey. Will this never end?!?

Justin Bieber took a DNA test last Friday in order to prove, once and for all, that he did NOT father a child with Mariah Yeater.

But now attorney Jeffrey Leving is speaking out and saying his client is unhappy with the procedure because no one in her camp was present for it.

"We have to make sure the chain of custody is properly supervised," Leving told E! News, explaining why he wants Bieber to take another test. "I don't know if it was even his DNA. Evidence has to be properly supervised to make sure it is not corrupted. What I am hoping is to get DNA testing done for everybody and to have it done in a supervised setting."

Yeater, of course, dropped her lawsuit against Bieber last week, but Leving says he'll have no choice but to "refile" if the parties can't reach a resolution on the testing issue. Man. These people really are weasels, aren't they?

Earlier this week, text messages allegedly sent by Mariah Yeater were leaked to TMZ and seemed to include reference to someone other than Justin Bieber as the father of her child. This revelation took place soon after the accuser dropped her paternity suit against the singer.

So, case closed, right?

YES, says Bieber's attorney, telling E! News: "This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story... Yeater and her co-conspirators hatched this scheme in order to extort money from him and to sell her story to the media. There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be."

NO, says Jeffrey Leving, Yeater's attorney. He believes the messages were "fabricated," adding that "the information I have is these text messages were not sent by her."

The Justin Bieber baby drama might finally be over.

Earlier this week, Mariah Yeater dropped her lawsuit against the singer, although the 20-year old's lawyer claims the two parties are still working toward a settlement figure. But now even more evidence has come out that appears to prove one thing: YEATER IS A LIAR.

Mariah Yeater Text

TMZ has been sent a slew of texts by a friend of Yeater's. This individual was evidently on the receiving end of messages that...

  1. Referred to someone named "Robbie" as the father of her child.
  2. Pleaded with the recipient to go along with her Bieber claim and, if he/she does so, as Yeater writes in one of the texts posted on TMZ: "Ill kick u when we get paid."

Bieber, to his credit, still plans on suing Yeater. Her credibility might be destroyed, but there's a message to send here: no one dares mess with the Biebs!

Mariah Yeater dropped her lawsuit against Justin Bieber, but if she thinks she's out of the woods after dismissing her paternity claim, girl can keep dreaming.

Quietly, Yeater dismissed the suit last Thursday, after Justin and his team made it clear they would sue Mariah and her lawyers for their "malicious claims."

Guess what? They still are, because even though Mariah Yeater no longer hopes to extort money from the Bieb, she still made the claim in the first place.

Justin is not backing down, according to the star's publicist, Matthew Hiltzik, who says Yeater and her lawyers, who have since quit, will be hearing about this.

"We intend to still hold them accountable," he said.

After Yeater claimed Bieber fathered her baby after 30 seconds of aggressive bathroom sex last year, Justin wanted to go after her and set an example that people who file baseless claims against celebrities do so at their own peril.

She gave interviews to Star Magazine and The Insider, and possibly others, about the whole thing, too, meaning she basically lied about Bieber and got paid.

You can bet she'll be asked to pay damages REAL fast.

Was there ever any doubt?

Two weeks after Mariah Yeater created a major uproar by claiming Justin Bieber was the father of her young son, the total liar has dropped her paternity lawsuit against the iconic singer. It was quietly dismissed late last week, TMZ reports, while attorneys Lance Rogers and Matt Pare have bolted from Yeater's camp.

Love Ya, Biebs!

Bieber handled the allegation as well as one could. He issued a couple basic denials, volunteered to take a DNA test and threatened to counter-sue the 20-year old who claimed Justin lost his virginity to her - unprotected, style - in a Los Angeles bathroom last October.

True Beliebers, of course, stood by their man and can now return to what they do best: supporting his career and his hair. Get back to it, everyone!
