Tara Reid has found someone to love her plastic surgery-ravaged body... until death does him part!

Michael Axtmann proposed to the actress on Monday night at the The Little Door restaurant in Los Angeles. Reid's rep shared the news with People:

"Michael surprised Tara with a beautiful round brilliant cut ring. Tara was so happy, and the other patrons clapped and yelled out, 'Congratulations.'"

The couple got together last year. Sources say they're planning a small wedding for family and friends this summer.

Next month, meanwhile, the entire world will get a glimpse at what Axtmann sees every morning, as Reid poses naked for Playboy. Yikes!

We know, this is akin to announcing the sky is blue or Tiger Woods enjoys sex with random women. However, having finally seen the images in question, we must state the obvious and warn readers:

First, Tara Reid underwent a couple botched boob jobs, told the world about them and was content to garner sympathy/fists full of cash via the procedures.

Now, however, that story has gotten old and the out-of-work actress wants everyone to see her in a new, naked light. Hence her decision to pose for Playboy, she told New York's WPIX, a choice she made to alter her image.

"People only want to show the old pictures. It’s so unfair. That’s part of the reason why I did Playboy, to show people, ‘Right, look at me. This is how I look now.’”

As you can tell, that's not at all someone that's plastic and totally beat-up...

Reid also told Us Weekly that "I've grown up a lot, and it's time for people to see who I am. I lived a lot of years in the public eye. But if you look at me now, that’s not who I am anymore... I'm not Girls Gone Wild anymore."

And what better way to prove that than to take off your shirt in a national magazine?

According to Playboy, its upcoming issue is "massive" and "double."

Based on the photo below, it's clear the former adjective refers to cover gal Tara Reid's breasts; while the latter describes the take our staff did upon seeing it.

A shot of this train wreck in her underwear was enough to leave us nauseous for a month. Do we really need to see the whole thing?

When we first heard the news that Tara Reid nude photos were appearing in the January issue of Playboy, one image came to mind:

That wrinkly, plastic surgery-destroyed stomach is gross enough without having to imagine the rest of Reid's bare body.

Unfortunately, we won't need to imagine on December 18, when the actress' naked pictorial hits newsstands.

"Playboy had approached me in the past, but now just seemed like the right time to do it since I'm in a great place in my life and in love," Reid said. "I felt incredibly comfortable at the shoot. I think it helped a lot by choosing a brilliant female photographer."

While the issue's cover does not depict Tara in her birthday suit, the photos inside are as naked as Megan Fox in our nightly fantasies.

Said an insider: “She was a bit insecure about her body when they first started. [But] she looked great and finally got into the groove.”

That's gross. At least to us. Perhaps not to others. Would you wanna get into Reid's groove... if you know what we mean?

There may be no way to improve Tara Reid's acting ability.

But friends and family members say the treatment program this troubled actress is undergoing has already improved her outlook on life.

"She's doing well. The whole family is very positive about this being the new beginning for her," a source told People Magazine.

The American Pie star checked herself in to Promises Treatment Center in early December; those close to the actress are optimistic about her future.

"They are taking steps to do everything they can to help Tara keep on the right track," said the source, adding that Reid is expected to check out of the center any week now.

Tara Reid has a problem. And it has nothing to do with her deficiencies as an actress.

"Tara Reid has checked herself into Promises Treatment Center. We appreciate your respect to her and her family's privacy at this time," the actress' rep, Jack Ketsoyan, said of his client's decision to enter rehab.

A friend of the Reid's wouldn't specify the problem at hand, but said the actress headed to the treatment facility on Tuesday.

"Her friends and family are supportive of her decision. She checked in herself – it was her decision."

A close, loyal friend of the horrific actress told The National Enquirer that the couple met while Reid was doing research for her own fashion line.

"Tara's really in love with this guy, and he's had an amazingly calming effect on her," the pal said, adding that Julien Jarmoune "has definitely changed Tara for the better. It looks like she's finally gotten her act together. They're talking about a wedding next summer."
