Perhaps you've noticed: Fergie is frickin' ripped.
Her concerts alone will keep her in decent shape - but you don't get that body without working out. Fergie and her trainer, Natasha, recently shared her awesome workout tips. Check it out below - and then get off the couch!
Cardio training: A half-hour, 3-to-5-mile run or a 45-50 minute 5-mile run. Not necessarily at a very fast pace, however.
Shoulders: Work the front and back of the shoulder, using 1.5-kg weights. Front raises for 2 minutes then side raises for 2 minutes, with as many reps as she can fit in. The key to this celebrity weight loss plan is to do a lot of them.
Biceps: Regular bicep curls using rubber bands. Stand with your feet apart, holding the handles so you do front curl with your arms very close to your chest. Do the right arm, then left, then both together - 20-25 on each.

Triceps: We lift a long bar on the bench as she lays back her back, for 20-25 reps. Then the fiancee of Josh Duhamel does as many tight push-ups as she can. It might be one, four or sometimes up to 25.
Legs/butt: Fergie's legs are so naturally toned, she can skimp on this (lucky), but she does do do squats - around 15-20, in three sets.
Yoga: Fergie does yoga on the ground to maintain her extreme flexibility. She does the "chair" pose and holds it for up to three minutes. Then the "warrior" one and two position for up to 2.5 minutes.
Abs: Start with basic crunches, then start adding things each time. At a certain point, she lifts her legs to a 90-degree angle, then straight out in front, with shoulder blades off the ground. About 20 in each.
Cool down: As with all celebrity workouts, it's important to stretch out afterwards. Whatever muscles she just worked out, Fergie stretches them out for at least 3 minutes while she relaxes and gets her breathing down.

At last! Josh Duhamel and Fergie are engaged!
The actor's publicist, Ruth Bernstein, said her client recently popped the question to the Black Eyed Peas singer, whose debut solo album, The Dutchess, is one of 2007's biggest selling records. No further details were released.
Fergie and Josh Duhamel have been the subject of engagement rumors for over a year. The pair, which is currently vacationing near Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, were seen looking at a ranch in California that is often rented for weddings.
The engagement news was first reported by celebrity news site TMZ.
If Fergie is The Dutchess, is Josh Duhamel the Duke?
Duhamel, 35, told Best Life magazine in a recent interview that he's been dating Fergie, 32 for three years and that they recently bought a house together.
Duhamel is the star of NBC's Las Vegas and the action movie Transformers.
Fergie, whose real name is Stacy Ann Ferguson, is a member of the Black Eyed Peas. Her hit song "Big Girls Don't Cry" from The Dutchess has been nominated for a Grammy award in the best female pop vocal category.
Some stars, you wouldn't touch with a 10-foot pole (Toastee Toof). Others, you wish you could touch in every conceivable way (Hayden Panettiere).
Somewhere in the middle are those who you really can't determine if they're hot or not. In our opinion, Fergie is one of those stars.
Which isn't to say Josh Duhamel agrees. The actor has been dating Fergie since 2004, and while the pair has no plans to get engaged anytime soon, Fergie can't say enough about how happy the Las Vegas star makes her.
"We're practically married, anyway," she tells Blender in its new issue. "I'm madly in love with him. He understands how to treat a woman and give me respect."
Fergie, the music magazine's 2007 Woman of the Year, did have a big 2007, with her debut solo album, The Dutchess, among the top-selling records of the last 12 months. But she's also suffered her share of indignities.
For instance, there was that time in which Fergie wet herself onstage - a crazy mishap captured in a photo that was spread quickly across the Internet.
"I was late, so I didn't go to the restroom before I went onstage," Fergie, 32, explains. "It was horrible. But, whatever. It happened."
Fergie takes the same attitude with her past drug abuse.
"There's one or two things the public knows about every famous person that you wish they didn't," Fergie said. "With me, everyone knows that I wet my pants onstage and had a crystal meth addiction. That sucks. But you have to laugh."
