The time has finally come for Joe and Teresa Giudice to face the music.

After being convicted of bankruptcy fraud back in March, the Giudices have reportedly been awaiting their sentencing with a mix of fear and optimism.

Their sentencing was delayed following the death of Joe Giudice’s father, then a second time when Joe And Teresa’s lawyers requested still more time from the judge.

But now that the end is near and the Giudice’s face the final curtain, they’re said to be coming to terms with the fact that they may both wind up behind bars for well over a year.

Perhaps even worse, Joe Giudice expects to be deported after his sentence and he’s uncertain if his family will join him in his return to Italy.

“Teresa and Joe are just laying low and spending time with family,” a source close to the embattled couple and their situation tells Radar Online.

“They know their time together is coming to an end.”

“[Joe] was told by his lawyers that he should be prepared to be deported back to Italy after serving his prison sentence… Teresa absolutely won’t be moving to Italy with Joe if he gets deported.

“Her life is with the girls in the United States.”

Yikes. It’s not as though the Giudices had the strongest marriage to begin with, as you know from Bravo or from the tabloid coverage of their existence.

Maybe it’s just us, but we highly doubt they’ll be able to survive as a couple if they’re forced to live on different continents after being separated by prison.

Sounds like the judge could really end up taking away everything they have when he hands down their sentences tomorrow morning. Stay tuned.
