Miley Cyrus Serenades Statue of Dead Dog in Concert

by at .  Updated at . Comments

Miley Cyrus continues to openly mourn her late dead, Floyd.

The poor canine got killed by a coyote last week and Miley proceeded to write on Twitter that she was in unbearable pain as a result of the loss.

She later broke down on stage in Boston while singing about Floyd.

On Saturday, meanwhile, Cyrus took her mourning to a new, somewhat strange level: she actually sang the track "Can't Be Tamed" to a giant statue of her late furry friend in Brooklyn.

"That was the hardest song of the night to do," Miley told the crowd afterward. "As y’all know, because I lost my Floydie this week... Sometimes I just can’t stop from breaking down crying."

She added, though, that "it's healing" to be in the company of her fans. Watch this unique performance now:

I agree with Dalyce. Does Cyrus ever have a private thought or feeling that she doesn't share with the world on Twitter? We sympathize with her---I just wish she would mourn this loss privately. She may need some counseling which would help more than constantly 'tweeting' her feelings.

Can definitely relate to mourning a pet, but Miley is turning this very personal and incredibly sad moment into another overblown, narcissistic circus act. Her money would be better spent on therapy instead of giant dog statues.
