You tell em, Kristen Bell!
The Veronica Mars movie star covers the latest issue of Redbook, just 11 weeks after giving birth to a boy.
"I’m proud to sit out the baby weight rat race," she Tweeted on Friday.
Bell gained 43 pounds during her pregnancy and still has 15 more to shed if she wishes to return to her pre-knocked-up weight… but she's not gonna freak out in order to get there.
“I’m going to continue working out and see where it goes,” the actress calmly tells the magazine.
No, it's not easy to be so laid back about her figure, but Bell refuses to worry about something she cannot change.
“Look, I’m like any other woman," she says. "All this evolved BS that I’m telling you is my mantra: It’s not something I practice naturally. I had to surrender to not worrying about the way I looked, how much I weighed, because that’s just part of the journey of having a baby. I am not a woman whose self-worth comes from her dress size.”
And isn't that refreshing to hear?
