Baby North West and parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have left the hospital, while the new mom issued her first comment since giving birth.

After Ryan Seacrest emailed to say, "Yay! Congrats my darling, you're a mommy!" Kardashian responded with "Cant believe it! It's so crazy!"

And that's just about it from the new mother.

Nearly a week after giving birth and enduring some delivery room drama, plus rampant Kim Kardashian baby name rumors, the family is home.

Where is home for the two of them, exactly?

That’s an interesting question, since Kim, 32, and Kanye, 36, really don’t have their own home yet and have been planning to move in with Kris Jenner.

Recipe for lasting relationship health right there.

Wherever they're planning on living, they're out of the hospital after North was born via natural delivery but spent her first days of life in an incubator.

After unexpectedly giving birth last Saturday morning, five weeks early, Kim is well rested enough to leave Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The new family split from the hospital overnight Thursday, whereabouts unknown. The PR machine has really been thrown off by the early arrival.

No word on whether we'll soon see photos of baby North, or Nori, whose name has sparked all sort of comments, or whether Kanye will ditch her mom.

What do you think of the name North West?
