No, Glenn Close was not drunk at the 2013 Golden Globes.

She did not pull a Diane Sawyer on election night.

But in one of the funniest bits of the night, hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler took to the stage with a drink in hand, pretending to be wasted and commenting on the state of various stars in the crowd.
