Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber: Giggling and In Love at Dinner, Witnesses Report

Now, we have it on genuinely decent authority: these two are totally back together!
Sources confirm to Us Weekly that Bieber and Gomez shared a meal very early this morning at NYC eatery Marble Lane, arriving at 1 a.m., sitting at their own table and looking "happy and in love."
Heck, the pair were "giggling" and "grabbing each other," an observer said, adding that it appeared as if "nothing ever happened" and there was never any Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez break up.
Adds a second witness:
"They were flirting and looked so happy together," the spy says. "When it came time to leave, Justin held her hand and looked very protective of her. It was sweet."
These reports follow other sightings of Justin and Selena going on dates and trying to rebuild their relationship.
A previous insider said it's difficult because Bieber and Gomez really do view each other as best friends, but Bieber's wandering eye has caused him to question if he wants to be monogamous or not.
