Kim Kardashian Compares Reality TV to Rap, Pushes for Hollywood Walk of Fame

And aside from striking a number of supposedly seductive poses, the reality star offers up a number of hilarious, choice quotes in the piece. We've listed a few excerpts below, along with a few notes, figure we'll simply allow our readers to react.

On why she's famous: “It’s always funny to me when people say that I’m famous for being famous. I think it’s fascinating, because it’s still entertainment, you know? It’s fun to see the progression of that idea... I’m not a singer or an actress or anything like that. I’ve never claimed to be anything that I’m not.* I think [reality] is still a new form of entertainment that was kind of an unexpected thing."

On reality TV being akin to rap: “When rap music first came out, people were like, 'We don’t understand this, what is this, it’s just a fad.' But rap music is definitely here to stay, and I think reality shows have proven they are as well. But when something is newer, people don’t really understand it."

On her grand career goal: "I think there was a quote where somebody said that reality stars will never get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. So, of course I’m so competitive that I think that it would be a huge achievement and a goal that anyone would want. I would love to break that mold.”

Poor Kim. She has her good and bad points: Good-able to parlay notoriety into fame, has good instincts in modeling and fashion related work and is very loyal to her family. Bad- tends to not think comments through before making them ala Sofia from GOlden Girls, low morals when high risk money schemes ( sex tape/sham marraige) are involved. And most of all- needs to pull Momagers had out of her ass and act for herself. A decent human being but no Solomon.
kimfan - You need a HUGE dose of reality, just like the K family does...parading the whole family as Kardasians when half of them are Jenners. If Bruce ever had any ballz, he gave them up when the show was named.
If she'd never gotten her tits enlarged, had never taken her clothes off and had never gotten filmed by someone she was sucking on, we wouldn't even know who she was. She and her mother are parasites on the rest of the family. At least Kortney and Khloe work hard at having a decent home life.
