The new season of Bethenny Ever After premieres tonight on Bravo and, in promotion of the event, the show's star appeared this morning on The Today Show.

And she opened up about an extremely personal topic: her recent miscarriage.

"That was a very emotional experience," Bethenny Frankel said of the tragedy that took the life of her eight-week old fetus. "Until you become a woman, you don't know the things that come with it."

Might Bethenny and husband Jason Hoppy have another child, a sibling for daughter Bryn, who was born in May 2010?

"The window is closing, and it's something I'm dealing with," Frankel simply replied.

The interview was not all melancholy, however, as Bethenny also addressed the concept of Hoppy's cobweb-filled penis. Watch the exchange in its entirety below.
