Lindsay Lohan Facing Serious Jail Time (Again)

Stop us if you've heard this one, but Lindsay Lohan is a Class A F--k-Up whose myriad probation violations have her potentially facing a serious jail sentence.

The case is beyond complicated, but the actress could be sentenced to a year and a half in jail if Judge Stephanie Sautner decides she violated her probation.

Lohan claims people are trying to make an example out of her and she's done nothing wrong. But that defense has more cracks than her brittle teeth.

Lohan's biggest problem is her criminal history.

Based on a 120-day suspended sentence for shoplifting, time served under house arrest, and prior DUIs, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for a long, long time.

The judge has lots of questions at LiLo's probation progress hearing next week, including why she was booted out of her community service program recently.

Lindsay was a no-show nine times at the Downtown Women's Center, and when she did bother to show up, did not do so for the required four-hour minimum.

Lohan, who was kicked out of the program and reassigned to the American Red Cross, has also been skipping her weekly, mandatory psychiatrist appointments.

She professional excuse maker claims she did a bunch of therapy sessions by phone. We'll see if Sautner is moved at all. The fit hits the shan Wednesday a.m.

    Are you kidding Nelson? This has not one thing to do with race, this has to do with a rotten,spoiled and privleged HAS BEEN, her former acclaim and dwindled wealth is what has gotten her out o this situation over and over again not the fact that she is white, If you or I were in that situation, we BOTH would be in jail because we aren't and never were rich or part o the Hollywood elite, Thats the basis, not her damn color,

    WITH CONRAD MURRAY GETTING OFF WITH KILLING MJ AND MAY EVEN IF CONVICTED GET A SLAP ON THE HAND YOU WANT TO PUT HER IN JAIL FOR NOT DOING COMMUNITY SERVICE THAT'S A JOKE.

    Lindsay should have been thrown in jail a long time ago. Why is she still relevant? she was never a great actress anyway. I agree with Nelson, if she was black she never would have gotten a second chance.

    Here we go, yet, ONCE AGAIN with more coverage featuring that hopeless and pathetic train-wreck Lindsay "LiLo" Lohan!!!!! You know, I was wondering when LiLo herself was gonna be thrown in front of a judge. Again. The time seems to be now. But, this time, Lindsay has to face and deal with a female judge!!! Hopefully, this Stephanie Sautner person (as a judge) will take 1, just 1, look at loony LiLo and throw da' book at her!!!!! Somebody has to!!!!! Most of all, I think that Lindsay's family (and other people) are such HORRIBLE ENABLERS!!! Especially her mother Dina!!!!! Furthermore, when was the last time that Lindsay made a HIT movie??? I think The Bottom Line here is that jail will EITHER help Lindsay or end up killing her...PERIOD!!!!!
