The Bachelor's Brad Womack and Emily Maynard: Will They Last?
If nothing else, The Bachelor season finale was certainly a memorable one. As is often the case, the After the Final Rose special provided many of the fireworks.
Just minutes after Brad Womack's swoon-worthy proposal to Emily Maynard, viewers learned about his terrible temper - and that they briefly parted ways.
They're back together now, but Brad "couldn't speak for Emily" when Chris asked if they're still engaged. Never a good sign. She's also NOT moving to Texas.
Here's the awkward ATFR interview that aired post-finale:
What do you think? Will Brad and Emily last?

Emily doesn't love brad it's clear in the way she talked. I love how the audiance was shocked when she would say things so bluntly while brad himself was shocked but put on a front. It seemed like emily was letting everything out, she saw an oppurtunity to do so I was like :o no!

I think Emily is a good young person who would benefit from counseling. She doesn't want to share her daughter with anyone...that would be allowing someone to enter into her bubble world. I think Brad chose her for the challenge and the safty of deep down knowing she really wasn't ready...gave him more time to be single, its scary for a guy to commit! I think chantel was a good person but she has a temper too and iof he would have chose her they would be fighting all the time!

I totally agree with what Emily said is that they need to see what there relationship is going to be like out of the lime light. It is a totally different scene in real life versus exotic t.v. show lime light. They will find things about one another that they did not see when going through the process. Not everything is vacationing and having fun. She does have a child and God bless her for guarding her child. She needs to be careful. I think if everyone just leaves them alone and quit spreading gossip of the past they will make it no matter of what there age difference is. She has her head on straight and I back her up 100%. Congratulations Brad and Emily......

Does anyone else think it's creepy (maybe illegal) that if Emily got pregnant at 18 with Ricky's baby, and they had been dating for 4-5 years (as she claims) and he was 7 years older than her...that means they started dating when she was 13 or 14 and he was 20 or 21! Or is that just the way they do it in NASCAR country?

Has anyone considered the age difference, Brad's 38, and Emily's 24, we're talking about a 14 year age difference. I bet my life on this one, it's not gonna work. Why didn't the producers take Brad's age into consideration when they were casting for this show, shame on them. I'm sure there are plenty of hot looking single women in their 30's looking for a hot man like Brad. They truly set him up to fail once again, Emily is too immature for him, given her age.

so much for them staying out of the spotlight and focusing on their relationship....cover of people anyone? they won't make it because they are too fake people who only seem to care about fame. i thought if they stayed out of the public eye for awhile and did not do any interviews, then they could be a normal couple....but fame has already gotten to them. its a shame.
