This has to be the most pathetic bunch of finalists ever. Apart from Casey and Scotty, there is no one unique or creative or different. It has basically descended into a Karaoke competition. And the judges are basically cheerleaders that would not dare to criticize anyone who came on stage. I wonder if they are now being forced to just call everyone good? The judges are musicians, can't they hear false pitches in the singers ? Randy used to be able to spot a false note from a mile away, and now he is blind to them ? Bring back Simon Cowell, a bit of an asshole but miles and miles more honest and a better judge of singers than the ones now. Remember they are singer, they just have enough skills to judge their own talents, not other people's, while Simon is a producer and has to understand talent.
Watch out for Scotty MCcreery he can sing a county song just as good as the country stars. I know he can sing great even if it is not a country song. He will shine just wait and see!! :)
