I had a violent relationship many years ago and I continued to forgive him.STUPID!!!!!!! My sister took me to a therapist. He told me that men who beat women will beat women until they die or kill a woman. The cure rate with therapy is less than 2%. Men who beat woman will always beat women. These men cannot help it. They are sick. It WILL happen again. It always does. I just hope you survive his rath. Perhaps he will slice your face. Then maybe you will learn.

I think it was a missed opportunity to speak out about domestic violence. She also never pressed charges against him. I'm glad she is now taking the opportunity to speak out about domestic violence, but I keep reading how she doesn't feel how it will help. There is lots of support from friends, family, law enforcement and hospital staff for domestic violence victims. I know people handle and have to deal with domestic violence differently.

I agree that leaking those photos was a very selfish thing to do, it should never have happened.

Its true i think whoever leaked the photos was obviously being very selfish. It was a personal moment for her and ended up being plastered all over the internet. :(

I think it's great that she wants to be a role model, but I wonder what she's going to do about it. It'll take alot more than talking on television to reach battered women out there. I know from past experience but I'm glad she's getting back on track from the traumatic experience.
