But Adam Lambert's debut album will hit stores exactly one week after that of friend and rival Kris Allen. Responding to the success of his DonorsChoose.org campaign, Lambert Tweeted today:
"Over 86K raised by http://www.donorschoose.org... ! Thank you guys so much! keep it coming! fyi my album drops Nov 24th!"
We speak for fans everywhere, Adam, when we say: FYI, we can't wait!
Meanwhile, Danny Gokey, who finished fourth on season eight of American Idol, has landed a deal with 19 Recordings/RCA Nashville.
Said Sony Music Nashville chairman Joe Galante: "We absolutely love Danny. We haven't had anybody like that (in country) since Ronnie Milsap or T. Graham Brown."
Will you purchase Gokey's first album? Or are you too focused on Lambert's to even concentrate? November 24, people!!!

I will only buy Adam's CD. I don't like Danny or any of the other Idols at all.

I wish Kris, Adam, and Danny the best. They each have appeal
for different audiences. I would probably buy one from each artist because I want them to succeed.

The only music I personally would buy right now is Adam Lambert's. That might change, but I love his voice and creativity. He's admitted that there's pressure on him because people have high expectations. I think if he is true to himself, just does what he does and uses his instincts, he will be successful. I wish all the best of luck with their new albums, but I'll be in line for Adam's. And I have no doubt there will be a line!

I'll be purchasing Carrie's 3rd album, "Play On", 1st on Nov 3. Then I'll buy Adam's.. Danny, not so much.. sorry.. But CARRIE ALL THE WAY!!!

Don't know where you get your info...Danny Gokey finished 3rd not 4th. I will most definitely buy Danny's album. Probably Adam's but not Kris Allen's. I just don't think he is that good.

Wow, when is the last time I bought an /actual/ CD. I have then since buying my music from iTunes. I will for sure buy two copies..and what makes it even better is..Adam's CD comes out on my 14th birthday!! Be very envious

The only one of this lot I will be buying is three or four of Adam's CD's. One for my self and I have promised two other people I give them the CD as belated birthday presents.

I have not bought an album for long years for I have stopped listening to radio for more than a decade with all the bland music and this rap. But I will buy ADAM's and start my collection. i want real good music and ADAM delivers. I will be buying some as X'mas gifts.
