Ashley Tisdale Counts Herself Out of High School Musical 4
At this point, there's little doubt that High School Musical 4 truly will go on. Rejoice, fans!
But just how many from the original cast will take part in the franchise's fourth installment?
Before Vanessa Hudgens, Zac Efron, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman head to Utah later this month to shoot High School Musical 3: Senior Year - the first in the series to hit the big screen, set for an October release - Tisdale has already counted herself out of a follow-up film.
"We love High School Musical, but we kind of have to move on," Ashley told Us Weekly earlier in the week.
Is High School Musical 4 worth seeing without Ashley Tisdale, Vanessa Hudgens and company?
This doesn't mean, of course, that viewers will never see Tisdale again on the big screen. She said she'd "love to do more romantic comedies in the future," while adding that she's inspired by another blonde actress: Kate Hudson.
Tisdale's admission begs the question, however: Would you see High School Musical 4 if no one from the first three movies appeared in it?

I have to say im set for hsm3 :)
its gunna be goood
and i want an hsm4 as well, but if the whole of the cast is not there then there is no use of filming one it will be a waste of time, its better with the likes of vanessa, zac, ashley, lucas, corbin and monique in it :)
i hope they all doo it though,

I think that she can't go and walk out of HSM4. Everyone loves her, and sometimes, when she is in High School Musical, I kind of feel sorry for her that she has to be the mean girl. Who likes to do that job? I mean, if she likes it, its alright with me. But if she doesn't well, she shouldn't be doing it!!

i think that it is ok 4 her to not do hsm4 b/c they have already had three so what else r u gonna do so i say go ahesd ashley walk out its not like they can do anything to you so who cares its your life live it how u want life is too short 4 all dis drama

I think it is okay if she doesn't do HSM4. I think it is okay if none of them are doing HSM4. I luv the movies and I know we all luv this cast,but, we have to face the fact they are all growing up. The 3rd one is their senior year. If they do do a 4th one and they are all in it, won't they have to change the title?
