Ricky Reyes is not having a Hot Girl Summer. In fact, the controversial 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days alum may be in a lot of trouble.
A couple of months ago, Ricky's wife filed for divorce and for a protective order against him.
Now, he appears to have recorded himself while intoxicated ... and confessing to driving drunk. That is so not good. ...
Ricky Reyes took to Instagram Live and showed himself drinking at a bar. A subsequent video showed him in his car.
When he was home and in his car, he addressed scandalized and concerned fans.
"You know what? F--k you,” Ricky tells his own followers after they accuse him of drinking and driving.
He insists: “I didn’t endanger anybody."
"I drove home," he openly acknowledges.
Ricky insists: "The place I was at was only like two minutes away."
"Well, I guess you’re right, alright," Ricky later admits after reading further fan comments.
He confesses: "I’m just being stubborn."
"I guess, you know, technically I endangered somebody else’s life," Ricky says.
He then affirms: "I’m home."
We have to wonder if this video, which we have included for your convenience, might be used against him in court.
That could be court for drunk driving ... or family court.
"If you want to speak that way, I gotta be truthful, right?" Ricky then rambles to his followers.
"Some technicality there," he says. "All you motherf--kers always technical about some bulls--t!"
Obviously, beware the foul language used in the video.
"Every time. Every time! You guys point out the craziest s--t," Ricky laments.
He then turns on his followers, saying: "F--k you guys!"
This is not the first time that Ricky's health has been a subject of concern.
Back in March, Ricky had a mental health crisis and checked himself into a hospital -- a very brave choice.
Interestingly, at the time, he made that announcement through 90 Day Fiance blogger John Yates.
Since then, Ricky has for some reason decided to put Yates on blast for unknown reasons, siding with Danielle Mullins in an Instagram feud.
There is no real accounting for Ricky's behavior -- and there never has been.
Fans can and have guessed what may have put Ricky in a state where he didn't hesitate to drink on Instagram Live and then drive home.
In June, his wife filed for divorce.
She also has a court order preventing him from seeing his youngest daughter, Kira.
Clearly, Ricky is deep in his feelings about this.
If he self-medicates with alcohol, that is his business. It does not entitle him to endanger the lives of others, as his own fans pointed out.
Since this incident, Ricky has wisely deleted his instagram.
Ricky's history of perplexing behavior extends to long before these current marital troubles.
For example, he was still married when he went on 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days.
Then, he met with Melissa, but they didn't hit it off in person.
After that, he met with Ximena -- because it turned out that he had been flirting with two different women in the same country.
Ximena, it seems, was a "backup," and he humiliated her on national television. Heartbreaking stuff.
Ricky appears to be a deeply troubled man.
