Every girl who is preparing for the biggest day of her life is allowed to complain every now and then, and Maci Bookout is no exception.
When asked by MTV about any advice she had for fellow brides-to-be while planning their wedding, Bookout jokingly suggested that they gather up their parents, maid of honor, best man and "go to the court house, for sure!"
The Teen Mom OG star will marry her fiance, Taylor McKinney this October in Florida after getting engaged last January.
As for her wedding dress, Bookout is dreamed up a creation all her own.
“A designer flew me and my mom to London to go to a fashion show, which was amazing," Bookout revealed.
"She is making me a custom dress with everything I want so it’s going to be perfect.”
Back in August told OK! Magazine that the mayhem and craziness will be worth it once she walks down the aisle.
And yes, MTV cameras will be there to capture her and McKinney's special day.
“I think you know, just knowing how my family and friends feel about us getting married and how happy for us that they are, I think it was important for me to show my fans that too," Bookout said.
“I think everyone kind of thinks it’s been a long time coming and it’s something that everybody has been waiting for, so they will be able to see it.”
What can fans expect?
“The wedding itself is going to be very traditional, and I’d say as hard as it might to be to imagine, a good mixture of Fall wedding but in a warmer climate," Bookout explained.
"It’s going to be kind of rustic pretty theme, and I guess the rest everyone is going to have to wait to see.”
Though the dress might be completed, Bookout is keeping mum on the details.
“The dress…I’ll just say it’s pretty because I don’t want Taylor to see anything!” she joked.
Over Labor Day Weekend, Bookout celebrated her bachelorette in Las Vegas, sharing photos of herself partying with close friends and even twerking in a bikini.
"Sorry mom," Bookout captioned the Instagram from one of Sin City's raucous pool parties.
Some fans were offended by it, claiming Bookout was neglecting her responsibilities as a mom, while others gave her a break, saying she deserved to have a little fun.
Since Bookout emerged from the weekend unscathed and free of any horror stories, it's safe to assume that twerking at a pool party was her biggest crime, which, in Vegas, is akin to stealing a few extra straws from Starbucks.
