Caitlyn Jenner is thrilled to be a woman, but she does NOT want to date one.
In the new trailer for season 2 of her reality show, I Am Cait, the reality star and former athlete embarks on a road trip with some of her trans friends, and the subject turns to her sexuality.
"Would you consider yourself to be a lesbian?" asked one friend, getting straight to the point.
"To be honest with you, I don't see dating women in the future," revealed Cait.
We have an answer.
When Diane Sawyer posed the same question in a revelational interview last year, Caitlyn (then Bruce) was famously evasive and countered by saying that sexuality and gender identity were two separate issues, but did eventually say:
"I am, as far as I know, heterosexual... I've never been with a guy."
So does this new wrinkle mean Caitlyn is now ready to date men?
After announcing that she was no longer interested in women, she explained, "I've been there, done that, got three ex-wives."
To which a friend replied, "So, now you can have an ex-husband."
"That's right," said Cait.
Oh, we hope not. We hope the next relationship for Caitlyn sticks.
"I am so comfortable now, being myself," she exclaims.
YAY! We couldn't be happier for Caitlyn for finally getting to live out her truth.
And if she's really so comfortable being a woman, maybe she can give me some pointers about walking in heels. I've been a woman all my life and haven't got that one down.
The trailer also teases appearances by ex-wife Kris Jenner, plus Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner.
I Am Cait returns to television on E! in March.
