90 Day Fiance Season Six's most controversial couple just got a lot more serious.
Late Thursday night, Larissa Lima shared a number of scary photos and videos, featuring her face smeared with what appears to be blood.
She claimed that the wounds were inflicted by her husband, Colt Johnson.
Below, we have details on how she says that their argument began, and how it escalated into an allegedly violent confrontation.
You can even see the stunning video where Larissa, having fled her house, frantically tells her followers what happened.
This is extremely serious.
Update: Colt has now shared part of his side of the story, and we have included this below.
Update: Colt has filed for divorce.
Larissa shared this scary image
"Unfortunately," Larissa's caption reads. "Colt called the cops."
Larissa shared a little more
She says that the argument was started by "many vids." As she later clarifies, she means that their argument began with his purchase of porn. She worries that he will lie to police, and says that she needs an attorney.
That looks so painful
Larissa accuses: "he cut my fingers days ago I went twice at emergency care. He tried to kill [himself]. I help him. [Then] he was trying to find a way to deport me."
Larissa says that Colt tormented her deliberately
“[Then] he got tonight after abuse me for [hours]. including try to molest me putting his finger in my a****. Please I need help," Larissa begged.
Emergency services arrived
This was late at night -- around 11pm, Las Vegas time.
Many of these photos come from John Yates
John Yates blogs frequently about 90 Day Fiance, and Larissa reached out to him directly to get the word out as her phone was dying.
Larissa spoke with Yates, who shared their conversation
For the record, we do NOT know the basis for which she accuses Colt of being "a pedophile." That is serious and scary. But then, so is domestic violence.
Larissa has receipts
This purchase of porn, she says, is what started it all. Obviously, the purchase of legal porn isn't much of an issue, but it sounds like either the content or quantity (or both) of what Colt consumes disturbs Larissa. And that, she says, was just the beginning.
Larissa shares her converstion with Colt
This is not how two human beings should speak to each other under any circumstances, and that is especially true for a married couple. Yikes.
As you can see, they speak over text and WhatsApp. It looks like Colt gets extremely vicious with her.
Larissa begs people to notice
Here, she asks blogger John Yates to share what she has sent to him.
And here's the theory:
She also comes to the conclusion that Colt had set her up, deliberately upsetting her and (allegedly) physically attacking her until she fought back -- all as a ploy to get her deported.
There's also this photo of Colt
Sent to blogger John Yates by a close friend of Colt's, this shows blood from a wound allegedly inflicted by Larissa. Larissa says that she scratched his lip in self-defense.
There is never a good reason for people who are family or in a relationship to deliberately hurt or injure each other. This is horrifying. We all love reality TV drama, but this is real life. It's scary.
Larissa shared more pics
Later, she showed that she had received treatment for her facial wounds.
Larissa is safe at a friend's house
She shared this photo from her good friend Carmen's house.
Larissa made sure to update her fans
Initial reports said that neither she nor Colt were arrested immediately. Perhaps this was because Larissa had somewhere to go. Most states with laws that one or the other must be arrested have these laws so that a couple isn't left alone together after the police leave. With Larissa at Carmen's, that's not the case.
Larissa has yet to update her Instagram
Larissa's (private) Instagram still shows her modeling photos. All that she shared on that platform was in her Instagram Stories. We hope that she is resting after Thursday night's ordeal.
Where was Colt?
Colt was reportedly not at the residence when emergency services arrived, which leaves us with a lot of questions. He did not immediately share his side of the story -- but we'll get to what HE had to say very shortly.
Larissa was arrested some time before 6am (Las Vegas time), according to her bestie, Carmen, who reachd out to blogger John Yates
But what are the charges?
This document does not name Larissa, but it lists "Assault and Battery." Additionally, blogger John Yates notes that the time and address appear to match up perfectly with this scary, scary incident.
And there are new photos
Larissa's friend, Carmen, snapped multiple photos of Larissa upon her arrival at her house. It is always smart to document injuries.
Larissa had injuries to her torso, too
That looks incredibly painful. We know that Larissa complained of Colt tormenting her while she was naked, but it is unclear if these injuries were inflicted directly upon her skin or through her clothing
We hope that these do not scar
Every piece of this is scary, scary, and we still don't know the whole story. Remember, Larissa's phone was dying, so she expressed what she could.
Here is Larissa's rap sheet
It has been reported that police chose to arrest Larissa, not Colt, because of her prior history of domestic battery arrests. Those who believe Larissa's account of Colt's motives assume that Colt may have been counting on this
TMZ reports that police at the scene believed that Larissa's wounds could have been self-inflicted. There is a lot about this situation that we still do not know.
Bail is expensive
Many politicians are pushing to end cash bail because, well, it imprisons people for the crime of being poor. Since Colt and Debbie don't seem to be bailing Larissa out this time, she has turned to GoFundMe and hopes to raise $5,000 from 90 Day Fiance fans to secure her release. $3,000 of that is to pay her bail. $2,000 is likely intended to pay an attorney.
Larissa is not the first 90 Day Fiance star to go this route
GoFundMe pages have become all the rage for 90 Day Fiance stars, thanks in part to Danielle Mullins Jbali, who raised the money to save her home. 90 Day Fiance stars are not usually paid very much at all.
Even Jesse Meester commented on the GoFundMe
This is overall a very serious story for Larissa and for Colt, but this comment from Jesse was just the moment of levity that we all need at this point.
Larissa's campaign is getting noticed
Within hours of being launched, at just after 2pm Las Vegas time, Larissa's GoFundMe had exceeded $1,000 and continued to grow.
And there's even better news!
Carmen took to Larissa's Instagram to share some good news. We predicted that Larissa would be home soon, but we didn't expect it to be this soon.
And here is the updated GoFundMe goal
That's a much easier goal to reach, especially considering how massively popular 90 Day Fiance is
Larissa was released
She thanks fans for support, donations, and also for those who defended her. Some have accused her of inflicting her own wounds, saying that Colt's nails wouldn't be long enough and that Colt is a "chronic nail-biter." Eagle-eyed 90 Day Fiance fans found multitudes of photos of Colt's nails looking long enough to injure someone. This is ... a very serious case.
Update: Colt claims he's being blackmailed
Colt returned to Instagram to share what he claims is a screenshot of Larissa's friend, Carmen, "blackmailing" him with an alleged promise by Larissa to retract her claim that he is a pedophile if he pays her bail.
Carmen isn't taking that lying down
Carmen then revealed a lot of what she says are conversations that she had with Colt. Notably, she appears to allude to "pictures" that Colt deleted from his computer a long time ago, but which Larissa had seen. If this is an allegation that he had illicit photos of minors on his computer, that is ... not something that anyone should take lightly. It's either a terrible truth of an unforgivable lie.
Carmen says it's not blackmail
She says that she's just passing on a message -- and that she's seen no shortage of evidence of Colt being a huge jerk. She specifically refers to emotional abuse.
