Kailyn Lowry and Jenelle Evans have had their ups and downs.
Mostly their downs, really, especially since Jenelle told the world that Kailyn was pregnant with her third child before her fellow Teen Mom 2 star wanted to break the news.
Ever since then, there’s been an endless stream of back-and-forth between the MTV personalities — but the feud may have hit its nadir a few weeks ago when Evans burned a bunch of hair products Lowry sent her way as a peace offering.
Yes, this really happened.
But why has Lowry spoken of the dangerous act in a positive manner?

On her latest podcast episode of Coffee Convos with Lindsie Chrisley, Lowry said something very nice about Evans. But it came with a major twist/caveat.

What Was Kailyn Thinking?
“I sent everyone in the cast a PR box, including Jenelle,†Lowry told The Ashley’s Reality Roundup last month, adding at the time: “I figured maybe this will be the thing that breaks the ice and we’ll be cool again.”
What Was Jenelle Thinking?
“Hey, Kail,” Jenelle says in the footage. “This is to your peace offering.” She then lights the products on fire and runs for her life, while some loud music plays in the background.
Evans Also Laid Into Kailyn Via a Caption to This Video
“Been debating whether to upload this, but I feel like the time is appropriate,” it began. “Kail Lowry, for years you’ve been super jealous and envious of all us girls on the show.”
And It Continued:
“You try to make your way into the group, then turn into a mean ass person when it came down to me.”
How Dare You $hit Talk?!?
“You apologize on/off, claim I need to be apologizing sometimes, then talk shit constantly about me and my husband to the tabloids?!” Jenelle added.
WTH is Wrong with You?!?
“THEN you had the balls to send me a PEACE GATHERING GIFT?!” Evans rattled on.
In Angry Conclusion?
“Don’t send me gifts and then go talk shit AGAIN!!!” Jenelle wrote. “Wow, you’re an idiot cuz this is what I do for gifts sent from fake ass bitches like you.”
How Did Lowry Respond?
By making sure this fiery action went viral, posting links to Jenelle’s video all over social media.
And Then By Capitalizing on the Attention

No Surprise Here!
Speaking to Chrisley on her podcast this week, Kailyn said the following: “I knew this was going to happen. I called it. I told the producers this was going to happen and I said I don’t care what she does with the products. I’m going to send her a PR box of Pothead anyway.”
Okay, Maybe a Small Surprise…
“I didn’t know she was going to post a video of her lighting them on fire,” Kailyn added. “I just knew David would either use them as target practice or Jenelle would have lit them on fire.”
What a Savvy Move!
Lowry went on to say something nice about Evans for a change, although she did so in a very condescending and self-serving manner: “I want to say thank you because I did almost sell out of my products that day with sales. So thank you so much, Jenelle.”
Rubbing It In Even Further
“I do appreciate you and if you want more just let me know or you can go to potheadhair.com,” Lowry said, addressing her rival and really twisting the knife in further.
Lowry Shared a Similar Take Last Month
“I knew they would do this. I’m not upset at all,†Lowry told Us Weekly when asked about the burning, shortly after it took place.
All Publicity is Good Publicity, Right?

She just hyped this podcast episode on Twitter by once again bringing up Evans’s dirty deed.
So… Is This Feud Over?
HA! Not by a long shot. Lowry recently took a shot at both Evans and David Eason.
What Did She Say About Eason?
In response to a report that the Teen Mom 2 crew is afraid to be around the racist gun toter, Lowry Tweeted: “I will not be attending any type of reunion on the same day or weekend as Jenelle & David for the same reasons.”
Evans Didn’t Appreciate It
“Then you got this dumb c–t tweeting about me again to make herself relevant,” she wrote in response to Lowry’s statement.
Just STFU Already!
“Why did she have to reply to that publicly and talk about us again?” Evans told Us Weekly of Kailyn and her Tweet about being scared of Eason. ‘I don’t like the person she is….You can never really trust her.”
Is There Hope for a Reconciliation?
Not if you ask Kailyn. “Me and Jenelle were really close. I don’t think that it will ever get back to that but I don’t really think about her on a day-to-day basis,†Lowry said on a different podcast last week. “I’m not really worried about becoming friends with her again.”
These People Just Suck, Okay?
Added Lowry in this audio interview with Us Weekly: “[Eason and Evans are] both problems alone and they’re also a problem together. I just don’t want to associate myself with either one of them, to be honest.”
