90 Day Fiance fans were crushed when the New Year brought news that Jonathan Rivera and Fernanda Flores had split.
But ever since Jonathan’s alleged sex tape was exposed early this spring, he’d been relatively silent on social media.
Until very, very recently, that is.
Jonathan has been on a romantic cruise, and it’s not with his ex wife.
He has a brand new girlfriend!
And from what we’ve seen of her on social media, she’s hot.

The hunky realtor from Lumberton, North Carolina has a new girlfriend. And judging from what he’s shared on social media, it looks serious!

Jonathan and Fernanda broke up in late 2018. He celebrated the holidays with his family but not with Fernanda.
Now he has a new lady love
Jonathan offered his fans and followers a glimpse of her wearing a lovely sundress on their romantic cruise.
We’ve also seen her without a dress
Jonathan knows how to brag without saying a single word, folks.
He’s shown her off at dinner
You can see her there, in the background. Meanwhile, the waiter uses what looks like one of those detonator devices from Star Wars to add a little more flavor to their pasta.
We’ve seen her popping his cork
Uh, literally popping his cork. And while we know that alleged nudes of Jonathan leaked, we don’t think that he’s planning to drop a sex tape with this new girl.
So … why can’t we see her face?
Jonathan has explained that he wants to maintain her privacy. Just months ago, Jonathan was watched by millions of people on television. Not everyone wants that kind of attention from a few crazed fans — or from entertainment news writers like, well, us. Hey, that’s fair.
So why is he sharing pics at all?
Jonathan explained that he feels entitled to share vacation photos because it’s a normal thing to do, and being a public figure shouldn’t preclude him from getting to do that. Plus, he gives a shoutout to Jon Waters, who had made a classic Titanic reference at him.

Late Thursday night on May 23, Jonathan unveiled — figuratively speaking — his girlfriend. She’s clearly hot, but fans had already gathered that. Notably, most of her face remains covered.
Congratulations are in order
We hope that Jonathan and his Mystery Babe don’t undergo the same drama that haunted his last relationship.
It was a huge adjustment for both of them
Remember, Fernanda came from Mexico City to Lumberton, NC. NC has some sizable metropolitan areas, but Lumberton is not one of them. And while Fernanda was adjusting to being away from her family in a town of only about 20,000 people, Jonathan was getting used to no longer being a bachelor.
There was real drama
At one point, Fernanda was outraged when she caught Jonathan, her then-fiance, dancing with another woman in a club. Jonathan should probably have maintained more careful boundaries, but Fernanda’s reaction was … a lot.
It didn’t help thta she’d already had a nasty shock
Fernanda found a pair of women’s underwear in Jonathan’s apartment just hours after arriving in the US, and suffice it to say that they were not in his size. They were from an ex, but … dude, clean your apartment before your future wife flies in to live with you.
There was also the age gap
They’re both super hot adults, but Fernanda was at the end of her teens (she is now 20). Jonathan was already in his early 30s. He and castmate Ashley Martson had similar age dynamics with their respective spouses.
Despite all of that, they got married
They were a couple to root for on Season 6 of 90 Day Fiance. They were beautiful, happy together, and seemed ready to live their stable lives.
But it didn’t last
In December of 2018, fans noticed that Fernanda abruptly vanished from Jonathan’s photos as he celebrated the holidays with his family.
They had split
Jonathan told fans that Fernanda had grown dissatisfied with living in a town. She really, really wanted to move to Chicago. She wanted to work as a model.
They also had a nasty argument
Jonathan explained on Instagram that Fernanda had said some things to him that he was neither willing to forgive nor to forget, so he was not interested in reconciliation. Wow.
But there was real love there
Jonathan made it clear that he was not accusing Fernanda of just using him to get a green card or because he’s well off or so that he’d pay for her boob job. They really loved each other. He explained that they had just grown apart.
Was that all?
Fernanda strongly implied that there was more to the story of their breakup than Jonathan had admitted, but she has been very vague with her posts. We don’t know when, or if, Fernanda will come out with her full story.
But there’s more to it than wanting to live in a city
In fact, rumors shared on social media from Jonathan’s hometown suggest that he may have had more to do with the breakup than she did.
Did Jonathan CHEAT on Fernanda?
Multiple social media posts have asserted that it is “common knowledge” in Lumberton that Jonathan had stepped out on Fernanda during what was supposed to be a monogamous relationship.
That could explain some things
For example, it could explain why alleged videos of Jonathan masturbating leaked on the internet, making their way to PornHub.
We can’t ignore these parallels
Ashley and Jonathan are in their early 30s, Fernanda and Jay are young adults. However, in both relationships, it’s the men who are accused of having cheated on their gorgeous wives.
Can’t blame THAT on age
Men are obviously not the only ones who cheat in relationships, but there is SOME truth to the stereotype that men are more likely than women to cheat.
Anyway, congrats to Jonathan on finding his new girlfriend!
