It's been almost a full year since David Eason was fired from Teen Mom 2.
And somehow, the unemployed husband of Jenelle Evans continues to make tabloid headlines on an almost-daily basis.
Of course, that'll happen when you issue violent threats to elected officials and boast about menacing your wife's co-workers with firearms.
At this point, David is at the 14:59 mark in his 15 minutes of fame, and he seems hellbent on bringing Jenelle down with him.
But despite the mountain of evidence to the contrary, Jenelle insists David is not trying to get her fired.
Take a look:
The Terrible Twosome
Jenelle and David are made for each other. We mean, that of course, as the worst kind of insult.
Just The Worst
Jenelle and David are both violent bigots with long track records of abusive behavior and negligent parenting.
But in the contest of who's the more atrocious human being, David has the slight upper hand.
Bringing Home the Bacon
For one thing, Jenelle at least makes money to support her family (albeit through the cushiest job imaginable).
David, on the other hand, has made no effort to seek out gainful employment.
At Least He Tried to Try?
After a halfhearted attempt at starting a SCUBA and boat-cleaning service, David now devotes most of his time to sitting around on The Land and spending Jenelle's money.
And That's Not All
Worse, when David gets bored with burning through his wife's bank account, he sets about the business of tearing down her "career" -- such as it is.
Last month, David recorded several videos in which he fired off guns from his personal arsenal while threatening various elected officials.
That stunt earned him a visit from the Secret Service, but David wasn't done there.
Shortly thereafter, David made the local news when he decided to illegally tow a stranger's truck.
Of course, all of this comes on the heels of an incident in which Jenelle was rushed to a hospital after alleging that David attacked her.
Given David's increasingly erratic behavior and tendency to brandish weapons while his wife is filming, it's no surprise that TM2 crew members have become very wary about filming on The Land.
Beginning of the End
According to a recent report from The Ashley's Reality Roundup, at least three crew members have approached the show's producers and stated that they will no longer work on Jenelle and David's property for safety reasons.
Cause For Concern
“After the first video [of David threatening to shoot trespassers who came on The Land] incident, several of them said they will no longer accept shoots with Jenelle, because they are downright scared to go anywhere near her, out of fear of what David may do," a production source told The Ashley.
“There are some people who no longer feel safe going down there anymore because David has made it clear that he does not like the people from MTV, and that he has a ton of weapons," the insider continued.
What's Going On?
Maybe David doesn't like that his wife is the family's sole breadwinner. Or perhaps he simply feels that MTV camera crews are invading his privacy.
Whatever the case, it seems quite obvious that his goal is to get his wife fired from the show. But Jenelle doesn't see it that way ...
Jenelle took to Instagram this week to clear the air about David's recent actions and his efforts to get her canned.
She claims that no filming takes place on her property, which not only seems very unlikely, but also implies that the people responsible for making the show are lying.
You Think David is CRAZY?!
Jenelle then asks a bunch of rhetorical questions about David's sanity. The answer to all of them is a resounding "yes."
To Be Fair ...
It's possible that David is not trying to get Jenelle fired. He might just really be that dumb. Whatever the case, the result will surely be the same ...
